My hats off to all of you guys here. Indeed there is hope for our beloved breed with people like you who owns a shepherd for the right reasons, not the trophy. Awesome men!

I warn my buyers ahead of time LOL I do keep track of my babies, I am in contact with every puppy owner with the rare exception, at least every 2 months. I drive my buyers crazy, one even told me geez usually you buy a dog and never hear again from the person you bought it from, why do you call all the time, This lady was actually perterbed at me, I had to laugh !
Very Well Said Do Right !!!!!

Jose---Because of your reference that "most don't come back to the showring", and "magnificent animals that could easely compete", a reader could interpret that you feel remorse for the loss to the show circuit. Knowing that your intentions are strictly honorable, I didn't want anyone to misinterpret those lines---and, believe me, there is absolutely no way they ever will. You managed to bring everyone together tonight to 'Do the Right Thing', and keep a clear eye when judging what to breed.

Thanks LMH, I didnt realize those words could give the impression that I was giving too much enfase to the Shows, in fact today I am more focused on training, and just for fun. Years ago I was more interested in the Shows, not today. I thank you for tell me, I was worring about what I had write, when we are writing at a not native language thats easy to make a mistake, the language can hide a lot. I am happy everyone understood. I am happy for what I saw today, many people like me! that just want the German Shepherd, not trophys. Good nigth. Lets do it right!
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Jose, I follow up on every puppy I sell. I put it in the purchase contract that I may visit and have "breeders rights" to follow up. If possible I get directions to their house and permission to drop by. I put alot in to my puppies and I try to see how they are doing if they stay near by. I do not breed many, but I care for those I breed.

GSDLVR2 Your frase said a lot: "I do not breed many, but I care for those I breed." . Thats the spirit! Congratulations!
