WOW! Don, Who ran up and pulled a hair out of your ass. My vote is only with the evidence presented to us. If the forces that are so determined to get the cheaters then why didn't anyone make the handler accountable for his actions. Could it be that he is a National Level competitor??? I guarantee if it was the average member of USA that violated the 3 dog rule they would have been suspended a long time ago. You cannot just go after the cheaters without Due Process or they will get off and repeat the past. You have to do it right if you want all this cheating to stop. If this organization were truly made up with just regular USA members without the big names, big money, big kennels you would have a lot less corruption in the organization. Uwe

AMEN Uwe!! Mechanic, I do not know Uwe, nor do I know you. But I do believe that this entire situation has been poorly handled. IF a violation really happened, then there were people in charge who should have been held accountable, including the trial secretary, judge and individual handler. Personally, from what I know of this incident, I am not at all convinced it was as it appeared. If it was, the "punishment" did not fit the "crime". So often people in this organization can not write the language nor express themselves clearly. That often leads to misunderstandings. I know I believe cheating should be dealt with swiftly and decisively. I also believe Uwe would agree to that. The fact that he looked at what was evidenciary and found it lacking does not mean he is not looking out for the best interests of the organization or the breed. In fact, if this was an incomplete or botched investigation, it may, in fact, be he who is more right than wrong here. I think it is unfair to intimate he is "selling" you or anyone else out. The bottom line is that I personally am not convinced that anyone actually got to the bottom of this. And that is exactly why this issue continues to be an issue. Just because people voted in favor of something does not mean they had all the real facts either. Where there is corruption, without regard to status of individual or kennel or organization or office held, get it out and we will all be better off.

Will the USA Sieger Show be moved as the result of what has taken place. I am not a member of a USA club so the full results of the board meeting are still a mystery. Naren

Audit Comm-Esselman, K Koerner, K Tavis BOI-Scarberry, Cottrell, Lawless, Pomerou and Gray; alts- Quinn, Shaftoe Judge Comm-Floyd Wilson World Champ Comm-G hanrahan, L Joquin, Rodrigues, Vollrath Those are to the best of my memory. Let someone from that region explain the mess with Wescon. As I understand it it has to do with dogs that may have been sold for a few bucks and may or may not have been legally titled. I believe the judge has been disciplined. Second had info, but not many are talking about it.
