Steve, I don't think there are any bad intentions in the posts here, but I DO think you might tell us what you think would be correct wording of pups.

So if I wrote an add, say... For Sale Puppies, 3 males, 2 females. That would be wrong? Should it instead read... For Sale 3 male "puppies", 2 female "puppies" Just so to not confuse anyone.

I "think" what Steve is refering to is that on the classified ads it's a little misleading to see an ad for a male or female on the title of the ad, only to see once you go to it that it is a 12 week old pup. I must say though, the original post from Steve was just as misleading...... I was rolling as well! Theresa

Steve, I guess the friday night is effecting you as well. What you asked/requested for does not make any since at all. If a puppy has a penis ( ya know the long thing between it's legs) then it's classified as a male/boy.. if the puppy doesn't have a penis then is female/girl. Why does this bother you so much and why are you making it a big deal?

Steve must be sick of having to read through many adds to find ages. Maybe we should suggest to Oli a section for "adults only" I mean the dogs guys. Geeze, get your heads out of the gutter.

Thanks Theresa, yes, it all was about the age. 4pack, at least at the end you got it. And Brittany... yes, penis, the longer the better...you are right...yoy might get it. Steve

Not to bring up a new conversation, but have any of you ever had this happen: From my last litter, of all the puppies whelped, I am very hands on, and know every gender of every puppy when it comes out. The total was 14 live puppies, 10 females and 4 males, but when I checked later on in the morning about 12 hours later, or so, the count was a wee bit different, I had a nice even litter, 7 girls, 7 boys. I had my mother on hand during the litter birth, and she too counted them all, and she wrote down the same thing "14 live puppies, 10 females, 4 males." And then its like over night my females turned to males, is this normal, has it ever happened to any of your puppies before??? Two opinions, the same thing written down, twice, and then magicly over night, the "penis fairy" visited. Krista blueskyekennels@msn.com
