I have made a few changes and left the rest. We debated removing all of the Jen and TH experience and all the posts it caused but in the end decided to just delete the unsubstantiated parts of posts.
The name will stand as you can't expect to come forward with a breeder experience and remain anonymous. See TOS number 8.

Why delete some of the libelous posts and leave others?

Instead of challenging the decision why not hit abuse on what you feel is libelous? I see it going both ways and would hope most people with an unbiased opinion can also see it as a two way street. We deleted the most farfetched of the allegations on both sides but we left the direct stuff relating to the dog and removed family references and other wild allegations. Feel free to PM me your displeasure so your worries can be looked into by all the admins.

Done with the note that IMO Jenni's post above should also be deleted in the interest of fairness and so you aren't supporting the general feeling here that you always show her favoritism. Delete all posts regarding this dog in their entireity rather than removing only select parts and let them take their beef privately.

Why would I delete their posts in there entirety? TH has the right to relate a bad breeder experience and Jen has the right to refute what she says. What was removed was the personal stuff. So, under your thinking every bad breeder experience should be deleted in it's entirety but when we tried that people screamed we were protecting bad breeders.
I/we removed the personal your family stuff and the unsubstantiated parts (had there been links posted to those hearsay things those would also have stayed). As they are a matter of public record and have been reported in newspapers and open court documents.
The favoritism part of this is non-sense, I don't show Jenni78 any favoritism, she has the right to defend the allegations against herself. I would suggest on the other hand that there is a group of people here who don't like certain people (which is fine, we all don't have to get along or be pals) but that group as soon as they don't get their way starts screaming bias and favoritism and any number of other complete utter non-sense. I challenge that it is the group that has the bias and when they don't get their way off they go to pout and sulk.
So, in your thinking all bad breeder experiences should be deleted and the parties told to take it private? Which could also affect things like the Hesler saga and so on and so on. I don't think the members or you want that.
