Krazy Bout K9s

by Krazy Bout K9s on 24 August 2012 - 05:08

Darn, I got bit in the face by a police K9, while riding with a K9 cop, in the old days with the middle window open, I just turned my head around to look and wham, LOL,  I treated it myself and never reported it, didn't want "complications" for anyone, too many years have passed now and the dog is no longer alive...so I no longer have to worry about it. Slamdunc can come and arrest me too!!! Steph
To each their own!!!!!

After reading this in my local paper 2 weeks ago, I will definitely seek medical help if I get bitten...

Bleach and antiseptic wipes? THAT'S what this woman considered appropriate wound care?  Hell's bells, if someone makes it to 50 years of age and doesn't know how to properly treat a wound, nor what the symptoms on infection are, then it's likely she was going to check out from SOMETHING earlier than expected...if it hadn't been the dog bite, it would have been a cut on the hand while working up the soil in her garden.

Way to go Hexe, LOL, no ROFL!!!!!
There are more bad bacteria in a darn cat bite than any dog bite!!!! Never got infected once from a dog bite and I have had plenty, being a dog groomer in the past.,...but cats??? YEOW!!!! They swell up and really get infected...doggy bites are a piece of cake!!!!
LOL... Steph
The thing that hurts is the darn bruise from the heavy teeth!!!!

Jim's going to be awfully busy.

I do understand what Betta Wolf is saying about the circumstances; this was luckily a teenager's leg(?) and not a toddler's face. Hopefully, the owner takes this as a serious wake up call and will keep that dog under lock and key so Beetree doesn't end up regretting not reporting it  if someone else gets hurt more seriously.

I did seek medical attention for my bite-hospital threaten to report to AC-I said no way in "h---" my dog, my bite, I would take care of it, AC would never set foot on my property-I know the idots in the department.  And the dog never bit again and lived a very long life.

Betta Wolf, given her opinion of moi, I don't think the fact that I see your perspective is going to help your case much. LOL

by beetree on 24 August 2012 - 23:08

Jenni did get it correct. Betta is just rude and presumably miserable about something in her life.
