Thank you spook. This is suppose to be a site people come for help. I did that and I get people like you to respond. The closest SCH club to me is 4 to 5 hrs away. When I need help I have to find people who know. That is why I am on here not to talk with people like you. I will listen to all worthy advice. Just a question on a pup turning into a dominate dog nothing else. Please anyone who is knowledgeable leave a message but people like spook just ignore my question for advice.

Just another supplier of rescue pups. How many will end up being euthanized? You have no business breeding if you don't have a clue, but that's why they call them backyard breeders.

Spook, I have read your other post. All are mean and nasty. The owner of this page has been notified and your use of this site will be removed. I am not a backyard breeder as I had 19 puppies. All that lived have been sold to working homes who are knowledgeable about the breed and the quality of my pups. I have sold them to police dept, sport people, and people who are going to train for personal protection. The pedigree of my pups and the way they are are all proof that these are quality pups. None of my pups will be killed as I have got most of them sold. I just had a simple question and I get jerks like you to respond. You have no clue about anything you say in any of your post. SO GO TO HELL DUMB ASS

You are wise to ask. Check Leerburg.com. He has some good advice on this question. Pups if not taught correctly not to bite their owners WILL turn into dominant dogs. Check Leerburg.

Play tug of war with old potatoe sacks, socks and burlap. It doesn't hurt the drive to say NO! and hand him/them a tug to chew on when he/them chews on a kid. Saying NO wont hurt anything, say it firmly but not over powering. If he doesn't respond to NO, remove him from the situation and give him a toy, return him to the kids again, when he has had a timeout and try again, they will catch on that kids aren't chew toys and respect you for teaching them boundries. Good Luck! Kari

why do your kids have to be around the puppies? not everything is a training question. keep your kids away from the puppies! problem solved, nothing squashed......
