I'm really sick of the term "back yard breeder" All my life my dogs have come from such people and I have no complaints. I purchase a $4000 brood bitch from a "German Kennel" thinking I am really going to get the shit! More like I got a piece of shit. I will stick to the small byb's who care about their dogs and aren't trying to earn a living off of them. Big breeders can cut corners and sell crap or sick dogs. BYB's can do everything right and have better quality dogs. I kinda like when someone only has one litter or so once in awhile. They put thought into the breeding and know their dogs and pups. I can't imagine the people who crank out 100 dogs a year, know every quirk on every pup.

Seriously, Thank You, I kinda thought that was the thing...When you and spooky gonna admit it ? Then we can all go to rehab together ! LOL. :-) 4Pack, No kidding !! Smaller outfits do seem to put more thought, more energy, and definately more Love into they're babies, Not cutting on any of the big boys out there, But realistically how much quality time could they spend with those puppies can they bring them into the house and play with them every night ? Do they whelp the bitch in the bedroom ? Do they sleep with 3 to 5 dogs ? every night ? Do they have kids playing with the dogs every day ? I love my family, I love my family of dogs, I like my program even if spooky does not, I still like it and am gonna stick to it despite spooky's all knowing knowledge and thought out advice. :-) no kidding on the website guys... Where they at, at least pictures. Oh Spook you forgot to answer my ?'s :-0 what does that mean ??

jjude To be honest I keep small children away from the pups unless I am there to control the situation. The age of the pup dictates actions for me. At 8 weeks I don't correct the pups much but here is what i do. Example" Say a pup grabs hold of my pants leg, I may then slowly keep walking being careful not to hurt the pup. If I need him to release I will bend down and gently open his mouth without any correction. I usually have a tug etc for the pup to play with. As the puppy gets older he gets used to getting to play with tugs, kongs etc and quits biting my legs. As he ages At three months he knows he can't jump on and bite my legs.

I will also add that I love assertative pups that play rough, it does not take them long to know that I am boss. I was taught years ago how to train so I can whisper commands to my dogs. If you spend the time with your pups training/playing they will know who's boss. Good luck with your pups.

I have trained dogs for years. I have took 3 seperate puppies and trained them to a SCH111. I drove 10 hrs to purchase a pup from jjude. When I arrived all and blew my horn all the pups came from out of a big building and ran all the way to the gate. Remember I am a stranger. I took a small pan and began to make noise, none of the pups ran. I threw my big set of keys on the ground, and all the pups went for it. I found these pups very well socialized and extremely healthy. He takes pride and care of what he created. He has contacted me 4 times checking on his pup. He truly cares for them even after he sells them. He also did a protection routine with his female that would rival any club level or higher team. The sire is fantastic also. He has titled and green dogs at his place. He states he is not a breeder. And he was helping a friend out with the other ad. Learn to read and shut up a bit. Some of us who brought pups asked him to update them often with new pics. That is why so many ads. But to all who care you will see the pup I purchased in the future. He will be a SCHIII dog and have high scores to boot. Thanks jjude for producing a litter that will compete with any on this database and thanks for one hell of a pup. Frank and Linda
