I completely agree, Haz. I took this to be a thread about kennels that produce working dogs, dogs that do work or sport. Not best working line breeders who are nice to deal with.

S/he was quite clear (Border11) on the criteria. Had s/he not provided criteria, I would understand the resistance, but the old list isn't going away; Border just wanted to take another stab at the topic, this time with a different spin on criteria, to my understanding. Seems a few folks are not wanting to read what Border was asking and why. Maybe if Border posted a 4th time, people would read it. Wondering  I didn't respond, but I still feel Border has the right to name the criteria and receive suggestions based on this criteria in a thread that s/he started. You'd think certain individuals are paying for bandwith out of their own pockets from the responses!

Either way, "top" is subjective. I wouldn't feed some dogs I've seen from "top" kennels. As a subjective question, especially when the asker was SO CLEAR about what they were asking) I don't think anyone can rightfully tell someone else they don't know what they're talking about when all the person has done is offer their opinion based on their experience. Just didn't sit right with me.

Sorry

i will start my own theread.

Top ten NFL teams.

I would say Vikings, because they get a new stadium and they are nice to the kids and the hot dogs are special good and the best i love to wear the vikings helmet withthe fake blond hair

You don't have to agree with the criteria that someone else feels is valid for them to be entitled to their opinion and entitled to the right to ask others theirs. That's all I'm saying.

Don't forget the horn! That stupid horn.

Anyway, I tend to think posts on the internet are open to anyone wanting to post. If someone wants to give criteria and I'm pretty good at what they are asking about and I have something to say I'm going to whether it fits the criteria or not.

Overall I tend to think people usually get the dogs they're looking for. The number one piece of advice I tell someone looking for a dog is to get off the internet, screw the "best" and lists you find on message boards and go watch people training g dogs. Lots of them.

Every message board has its "favorite" breeders that get mentioned d over and over again. So.e of them were even started by breeders for that promotion.

Exactly zdog. I GOT THE DOG I WANTED, NOT THE  ONE ANYONE ELSE WAS LOOKING FOR,.
And as far as not knowing what I am talking about, there was more than one litter of Bomber pups on the market, I picked the one from the female of my liking, no one elses.
And I didn't say haz, I have a nice pet and if blah...blah...blah...
Top sport dog means nothing to me, top working dog does. My job, ain't your job, plain and simple.
Seems Staatsmacht is upset he wasn't recognized by more posters as a top kennel by more than one person in this thread, and than is going to stoop to low blows to someone that has a different opinion than his.
You also staats, seemed to throw a sneak attack in there on the other kennel. Totally uncalled for, and a little uncooth, if you ask me!     And, like I said, IN MY OPINION,  INTEGRITY OF A BREEDER CARRIES ALOT OF WEIGHT..
