I,m not sure what is meant by BEST,best to you might mean something diff to someone else,it would help in your search to say if your looking for working or showlines and if for example work lines give further details on the type of working temperament you seek and as already said what males will tend to match up best with your female also mention full names of males for any like me that don't know about the males you mentioned, the more details the better if your wanting opinions on Studs

Please read my post.  I truly understand where you are coming from.  The problem is that when you look at genetics there is no such thing as "the best".  you have to think of parings.  Every animal has positives and negatives.  you have to think about your female and what are her negatives as regards breed standard.,"what the breed is supposed to be"  Not just as regards to looks but also as regards to the total dog.  Temperament, drive, conformation, etc.   When you look at her negatives you want to find a male who is very strong in those areas so as to offset those areas.  So a particular top ranking male even though he is very good may not be good at all for your female.  Sometimes a male that is much lower rated might be an outstanding match for yours and may end up producing the next greatest thing.  So to make those decisions you have to know the breed well and almost be a genetic wizard.  But going for the flavor of the day though it may sell pups is seldom good for the long term.

1GSDawg - I usually only hear the terms "throwing" and "champion"  when it comes to American GSDs. It's  a little different with the West German dogs. As far as which dog is the best, you really need to post your female's pedigree and a picture. That will tell the masses a lot. Not trying to expose your dog to criticism for the sake of being petty, but the group would then be able to tell you which dog best complements your female. If she is oversized, then some dogs won't be suitable because you would produce ponies. If she is light pigmented, then you may want a darker dog, etc. You also want to see the linebreeding on the dog that you want to breed to. Might be too close, or hit on a dog with known issues. I assume your dog has titles, testing, etc.  I don't recommend this, but you probably could get away with a lesser known dog that just "looks the part" because if the prospective buyers know enough to know who Nino and Chacco are, then they are probably informed enough not to buy on one side of the pedigree alone. Might be overkill.  There are tons of puppies out of the top dogs as it is.  Hope you make the right decision.

Female is west German.  Top female worthy of being bred to a dog of this quality to better the breed.

I will match and select pedigree based on what I find most suitible for my bitch.

Apparently none of you have experience or usefull input.

Curse me for wanting to breed to a proven stud!!!

Dude, people are being honest and trying to help you. You should post the pedigree and a picture of your bitch. There's a good chance neither male is suitable for your bitch.
