Looking for a Weimaraner - Page 1

I am looking for a Weimaraner.  If you have/are aware of a litter in your area, please PM me the information.  (yes, I looked at the classifieds; there are none listed).

Below is what I am looking for:

Silver

blue eyes

female

docked tail

dew claws removed

4 - 5 weeks old (as it will take me 3 -4  weeks for transport)  (planned litter is ok too.  It just means I will ask a lot of parent questions and what they have produced previously)

Temperment - reserved

Limited or no line breeding

I am looking for the puppy for my mom.  The dog will be a companion/pet, so registration and breeding rights are not needed.  I would prefer to find one in Texas, Oklahoma, or Arkansas, but considering how hard of a time I am having to find them, I am willing to travel outwards.   The litter does need to be in US; lower 48 states.  The further from Texas, the more questions I will ask before I make a commitment to travel.

You might also look on the AKC web-site...I think they post people's ad's for puppies...and I also know that there's some magazines that list a lot of the breeders in the U.S...Can't remember the name of the magazine right now...Maybe someone else remembers...

You should all know this.

None of these breeders have what I am looking for.

Ok, using the link that Joanro sent, I found a large number of breeders (nothing that I am looking for right now).

Any breeder recommendations based on 1st hand knowledge?

They won't have blue eyes any more than they'll be brindle.

Bob I think the magazine you are thinking of is called Dog Fancy

Why blue eyes that is a breed fault  are you hoping to get a better price due to the fault.
