Duke I.m talking about handlers errors, or  dogs who don,t take  corrections from strangers or take shit about unfair handling
most of this handlers think hard  punishment would be solution than it becomes worser and worser.

And yes this dogs are very balanced too. ....

Joan
There was a look in the dogs eyes and tensing og the body which was a clear signal that he was poised to escalate if need be

Tense while circling his owner or while he was rubbing his body back and forth against you? Just saying dogs don't generally move around a lot when they are poised to attack. Doesn't matter. But sometimes memories tend to become romanticized with time.
There are good gsd being produced these days.

Joan - perhaps I should have said "Show Judges don't want to have to WORRY about

whether they might get bitten" which would have been closer to the spirit of what I was

trying to convey.

Sorry I don't understand your comment about human education ... er, what ?

😜romanticized ...
There have been all kinds of dogs during all the times. The more experienced we become the better we are able to understand behavior.
Mithuna, a couple of months ago you asked novice questions, now you are discussing proper temperament and the development of our breed ?!?

Sorry, forget my last words. Had a bad day.. Rose

We should be glad about everybody who tries to understand the temperament and the character of our dogs, no matter a novice or a professional.

Take care

Hm, it was in response to a post by Duke. He seemed to be objecting to novice making opinions based on no experience. My point was that people must learn based on education.
