a much white spotting like panda Shepherd was observed on one of my pups in a litter last year having 85% white with bqlfk patches

I would love to see a picture. Also, the pedigree, for a better formed opinion.

a litter was observed 01/10/15 in a litter of ten , 7 appeared sable ,2 appeared panda like colour white extreme white with little black markings on face like pie bald and at the back also 1 appeared black and tan

I am not able to open the videos you posted, so I took a look at your facebook page. The "white" dog is no German Shepherd, in a video shown on facebook there are other "white dogs" visible - for me this pup is a cross.
( and I don´t like the "crates" your dogs are living in ... )
