Bhall, if she's truly 'training with a police chief', it's doubtful that he's ever been to where she keeps the dogs and seen the conditions they're in, and it's equally unlikely that he knows anything about the problems that perfectly healthy dogs suddenly are diagnosed with shortly after they enter her 'care'...so that chief might be quite interested to know the true character of someone he's associating himself with.

If she is training with a police chief, he should be ashamed of himself for not arresting her for her outstanding warrants. Gosh, whole 'nother investigation there!

But then again you never know about this police chief. I mean some of these cops here are " real country" folks and they have real warped ideas about things.
An example: the county I live in. The former sheriff and my sister and I went to school together. Also my cousin married his neice. So we are all on talking terms. He came over one day when he was running for reelection, noticed I had a Mali in the back yard and we got to talking dogs. I knew the sherrif's dept. hd a Mali and he told me that the guy who was the handler and trainer abused the dog. Not long after that the dog died a " mysterious" death at only 7 yrs. old. Also he said the dog was so agressive they couldn't take him on searches because he would bite anyone within reach. Fast forward to last summer. I had to go to the sherriff's dept. to make a report on a neighbor problem. Who do I get to see but my cousin, who is a deputy and also the " new" K9 handler. I knew they had a white gsd for a drug dog someone donated because there was a big writeup in the paper. Anyway Craig and I got to talking dogs and he told me how this white dog had bit his grandfather and he thought it was the funniest thing in the world. Then he made several other comments that were way off the wall. When I left I was thinking what the hell kind of cop is he and what the hell kind of place is this.................
So you see what I mean about some" country cops'" attitudes. When talking about this police chief and what he should or shoudn't be doing, you just never know where their head's at. Just my 2 cents..........

I am truly sorry for Hessel. I have been reading these posts today and I am EXTREMELY sorry that Vicky ended up with Hessel and his daughter. This kind of thing is what I was hoping would not happen to anyone else when I posted back in 2009 About her unethical dealings with Breeding Darko, rooking potential puppy buyers with AKC pups that were never AKC'd at the time. Yes I am the one that bought Darko and had dealings with Vickie just to be screwed over on finances as well as Puppy Deaths from Parvo, which she then proceeded to blame all on me. I still have all her e-mails from that. She studded Darko out, kept the stud fees, never gave me a dime, sold pups, kept the money, then told the buyers they had to contact ME for puppy papers because it was all my fault that she didn't have the papers for those pups. she avoided the buyers constantly when they would try to contact her,(after the sale) some even went to her home and confronted her, that is when she gave them my name and/or they got their dog back. She is always saying she will get her lawyer to take someone to court and she is always in the wrong. She at one time tried to sell QUARK, she never owned that female. she was suppose to breed her. she charged a thousand dollars for that mating. I heard nothing abut it until the folks needed paperwork on the puppies and the puppies ended up being cross breds. Vickie kept the stud fee money.
At that time, she also sold a Sable female bred to Darko to a guy in Texas, of course she told him he would get the litter papers, she knew she didn't have, wouldn't have. I tried to get those that "I KNOW" she screwed to post then, none would do it, reason--"I don't want to get into the politics of it" is what they said. I also have those e-mails from then.
I am Very sorry this has happened again and again to people since I have posted. I am thankful however that some of the above posters have finally realized the fraud Vickie is.
I have and will continue to let people know about her when I am asked. at least that has saved a "FEW" from being rooked and saved "some" dogs from her.
Vickie did not get hold of you because she owed you money, not because she didn't think you cared. she is very good at twisting things around.
I am Hopeful that you will be able to get your pup back, before it is too late. I can see you are very distraught over this, and I wish you the very Best!
She does keep a close eye on Craigs list for potential dogs and the database.
Just to Update: Darko has been in a very good home and is still doing fine. His owners love him. He is fed well and is active.

I just don't see how Vickie can register ANY puppies she produces, since she never pays for the parents. People need to stop sending her copies of AKC registration....that is the only thing that could allow her to register puppies. People shouldn't send copies of their akc papers EVER. Just give people the reg. number, and NOT the issue date.

I don't think she does register the puppies. she just sells them as AKC then never supplies the papers. she gets the money, avoids the buyers, then leaves it up to whomever actually owns the dogs to take blame for not having papers on the puppies. She keeps any monies, and leaves the heartache on the owners of said dogs and puppy buyer.
It is a double edged sword on the AKC papers. I actually want to know for sure they are registered, so I would like to see some paperwork, but then I don't screw folks like that, and I don't want to be screwed over either. However, I do understand not letting them have the issue date on the papers, but don't think the issue date would deter her falsely advertising said pups.

Some still don't have their papers because they have not contacted me and probably don't know to contact me on Elza x Darko litter. I did contact AKC and flagged her just in case she tried to register pups by Darko out of any other females including her own.

She reads everything. Then, she sends people private emails about we're spreading rumors and attacking her. LOL
How many dogs have to die before it's "fact" and not "rumor" that she doesn't deserve to keep a goldfish?

Yes, that is what she does. When I called her the second time she cried like a baby. She whined and whined saying everyone is wrong and everyone is against her. She didn't do nothing wrong.....
Well, I deal with people like that every day. She started crying hoping I would forget about the subject. It is a tactic that works with some people. I have no sympathy for her, NONE WHATSOEVER!

Yeah, I'm sure she is crying. The sad thing is, she SHOULD be crying over remorse for what she's done, but she's really crying because she's finally been caught. She's been scamming so many people for so long, she just can't believe she can't just continue and everybody will buy her BS stories, THAT'S what she's crying about!
