If more people fly to a particular destination then was expected, do the airlines give a break to the passengers or is it then just higher profit for the air lines?   If the contract said she was responsible for transportation costs that then would what she owes.  Transportation costs always includes more then just gas,  If I sent a package by FedEx I'm paying for gas, wages, as well wear and tear on vehicles.  Obviously Cesna isn't in the package delivery business so all that doesn't apply, but some of the basic principals would.  But that is also ONE of the reasons that I have always drove to pick up my puppy and never was willing to have it shipped.  The only problem that I would have with Cesna's contract would be the no bashing.  I understand why,  but It would raise my eyebrows and wonder way the need to include such a clause.   On the other hand I have seen way to many people like LTS pass by,  people who once they have the product are looking for any reason to not pay the final bill.

We've made BIG progress! Instead of pissing away money on legal cost, Donna, Why don't you just return the dog to Cesna? She just made a public announcement that shes willing to refund all of your money back if you return the dog to her. Now you have a chance to do whats right.

nor did I have to pay $4.00 plus for gas.  REALLY   And it IS all about money
with her.  Boy, yes I've had her for 5 months, you must  not get attached to

McIntyre-  Quit harping  on saying I'm refusing to pay the gas bill, that's just

I keep making the same statement because that is the whole reason that you haven't gotten the papers.  She has said pay and you will receive.  kind of simple.  The information I'm going on is your statements in your posts.  Me mad?  lol do you see me typing in large bold letters?  I couldn't care any less if you get the papers or not.  Makes no difference to me at all.  All my dogs have their papers.  I'm in good standing with everyone whom I have ever bought a dog.  I'm also not adding to the local over pet population by breeding unregistered dogs that several of them or their offspring will end up on the end of a needle at the shelter.   And nope for the final time I am not friends with Christie.  at least not yet,  If I meet her at a show I would probably want to shake her hand for standing her ground and not giving in to some conniving scoundrel who thinks she can get away with trying to cheat her out of a few bucks.

Go back and read some of the posts, I never said I wouldn't pay her
for the papers.  I won't pay her a dime till I know for a fact that she
reg. her and I'd receive the papers as promised.  Go ahead and shake
her hand, but make sure you have no money in your hand.
If your reading the posts and in your own words, going by what I've
stated.  Then u should understand by now that I am not a scoundrel
or trying to rip someone off.  If I gave her  10,xxx  dollars today I would
still never get the papers.  I can't even get papers from her, do you guys

What I don't understand is why did you breed the bitch that you know for sure isn't registered to AKC?

I may not be the master at breeding, but wouldn't even dare breed a dog whom I don't have AKC register papers in my hands. When I bred Zambi my buyers all got their papers without all the endless waiting. After they bought their puppies they recieved their dogs AKC papers on the same day.

Why don't you try it? If you return the dog and she doesn't give you back your money then you have a legit complaint. Then you could report her to the police, and give them a screenshot from this thread proving that she would return your money by returning the dog to her.

I have been reading these long drawn out post with sad amusement.  I know neither party, but just now did a check on AKC's "store" option and Farah is registered with AKC.  So I would have to conclude the statement above "she does not have the papers" is not true.  I would have to conclude someone has her papers, and would figure it is Cesna since she said she is registered. JMO 

do I have inside information?  No its called I can read.  I know how to look things up. I know how to read contracts and I know how to read post on forums.  can you?
