I still can not comment on Chetra's temparament, protection or working ability as she is too young yet, but I like what I see in her so far, she has no fear and she is very sweet with the younger one Inkka though she gets hard time from her all the time but stands her childishness nonetheless. Chetra bones are very good and pigment is very nice. The most significant thing about her so far is the way she moves, very light, big strides and she is so classy just like a real lady.

Yes i believe you can't tell much enough about the temperament until at least 1 year of age - and even after that age, sometimes major changes (good or bad) kick in, just my opinion.
The thing I admire the most about Desa is her protective nature - but like you said, just so far. I have taken her to different locations, exposed her to different levels of pressure and she's been just fine so far. I am predicting she won't be very drivey but that is ok, I don't intend to compete in sports, just want her to be a good guard dog / breeding female.
As far as movement, Desa is 'light' and I love to watch her run, she is very "fluid" like, that's the best way I can describe her run. I will get that on video at some point and will put it on youtube.
Well as much as I like talking about these things, bottom line is she is still young. There is still time for change, I can only hope the change will be good (if any). One thing I know for sure though, she will be a big one.

I hope Chetra will be as good as Desa in protectiveness/guarding too as here we don't have sports like Shutzhund, best use for dogs is guarding, protecting family and property in addition to company, I too noticed that Chetra is more serious than others and has less drives than Erri and Inkka, most one with drives is Inkka she can drive you crazy sometimes, even my daughter who is so drivey (lol) gets tired of Inkka in the end. It would be nice to see Desa on video, looking forward to that. Chetra is also more obedient than others once she understands she is forbidden to do something she stops and doesn't repeat it opposite to Erri who is insistant on doing what he likes.

Well I guess time will tell... it's early to say big things about both Chetra or Desa, but I think at this point things look promissing in both cases. I like both Chetra and one out of Zen, they sure look lovely! Some thick, strong bones on the Zen daughter.
I will title Desa in IPO1, just enough to get things moving. I'm not a big fan of sports, but rather looking for that sharpness I once saw in the "old" dogs. Under communism my country (Romania) had some very nice, sharp dogs, up until the early 90's, which is why I fell in love with the breed.
I will do my best to remember to post a video of Desa when I get some done.

Desa has gone through her first agitation session today, her reaction was very good so I decided to get a quick bite. Up until now the only "protection" work Desa has done was defending her yard. Below is the video of the session.

Though I am not well familiar with this sort of training but as a beginner she looks very promising really, you must be very proud of her in her first class.

Dani,
Very good work out for her 1st session, she displays
good concentration and is not only looking for the (sleeve).  Decoy
did excellent job in letting her win the sessions. She will come around
very nicely just take your time with her and she will be very good. Ibrahim
thanks for posting those beautiful pictures of your Pups, Chetra will come
around in time also perhaps get some starter info. from danni on what he's
doing and at what age. Be sure to always let them win as they are  young
if they show no interest you can always give them more time but about
that 12-14 month point you should see the change and willingness to
work.  Prager also could give you some great details if you Pm him he
loves Teaching and Helping especially when it comes to this line of working
shepherds. Keep up the good work guys and keep this great thread going :-)
