Hi Noddi, You're right, not everyone will be able to attend... for a variety of reasons; maybe support could best be shown, in such circumstances, by just giving an entry.   This is ground breaking stuff for our breed and every ounce of support is vital.

I`m sure Sue didnt think that way, this show is bringing us ALL together that count, for sure, what a breath of fresh air

another breath of fresh air........    One question was asked on this info board for clarification and instantly it was answered clearly, concisely, and in terms we all understand by the Event Secretary.
hows that for progression and member support.   That is what wil get the GSD scene in the correct healthwise manner up on its feet.    Thanks Paul.  Mo

We have noticed a small ommission on the entry form - we have ommited a box for you to put your dogs hip scores in!  So sorry for that,  so for those of you who have already downloaded the form please just add your scores underneath the name of the dog.  Many thanks and looking forward to seeing lots of you there even if you just come for the day out!  There will be plenty to do all day including a bouncy castle for the children to raise funds for the playing fields so they can improve the drainage to the cricket field.

Thanks Mo, I am sure you know exactly what I meant but must apologise to Carole as she obvioulsy misunderstood me, I must try to remember that my wicked sence of humour / cynicism doesnt always lend itself to peoples understanding of what I really mean. Not all know me and my love for satiric euphanisms as well as you do MO !! lol

Carole I didnt mean it like that, I know there will be those who cant make it on the day, you have made yourself very clear about what you think is right and wrong about the KC Undertaking so of course I wouldnt think badly of you if you were not at this event, but will hope to see you attending some of these events at some time, even if only as a spectator (Spectators are needed too you know, they all add to the atmosphere and ambiance of the show, besides even if you dont have a dog to show as a spectator you can still help to contribute financially by purchasing a catalogue and a few raffle tickets on the day).

Regards
Sue

PS - Like Bernard, my entry already in too Nikki, can we all send our Hip and / or Elbow scores via email to be added to our entries that have already been sent in?

by noddi on 15 March 2010 - 15:03

Sue B.apology accepted .thought your statement was a bit strange as not typical of yu.may i apologise too for my sharp reply.i find it hard to attend breed club shows,as i dont drive and they are always held in some out of the way places which cost an arm and a leg in taxi fares.travelling by public transport especially on a sunday is a pain in the posterior as believe it or not TRAINS HAVE TO GO SLOWER ON A SUNDAY.Carole.
