In thinking about this, Kennels like Kraftwerk, AlpineK9, Larry Filo, Eurosport, Jinopo, Carmspack,,and Grunheide(Suzzanne), are all known for being sources of LE dogs and Emergency service dogs. WHAT are some of the Studs they are using to fill this demand?

Many WL dogs produce PSDs, it´s a question of how many progeny and what is regarded as a good PSD anyway, selectionprocess and so on. I guess at least 30 offspring must been evaluated if we should say how a certain stud produce
Here is some studs that are PSDs and have about 80-100 progeny and that also is tested for HD/ED and charactertests we have in sweden and is above average when it comes to this, so this is fact and not hersay, other than that I guess it´s hard to know how a stud produce if you haven´t personally seen many offspring from a certain dog, sporttrials is another way to see some offspring but I guess it´s subjective what is above average or not,

I have no earthly idea why the fuck people do not see that the dogs look better many times simply because they are not under control.
Some of them are going to drop a lot, and look like shit, and some will look like the sport dogs you somehow think are less. Some will look better.
