gagsd4

May be reading the question wrong, but catman are you thinking of Mike Diehl? Mike D with Rasto is a different person.

Catman,

I think gagsd4 is probably correct. As for my dogs, I have Rasto from Eurosport, I have an Eick v.d. Berger Hochberg daughter (Heidi) from Mike Diehl  & a daughter from Rasto X Heidi who is black (mostly).

Thanks,

Mike... nice picture. nice backgroound..shiny dog..very nice!

To Eurosport

I have never dealt with them, but if you sell as many dogs as they have, you will not please everybody. Nobody is perfect and mistakes are made.

Anyway they ahve good dogs and I have seen some nice dogs they imported here. I know some of the previous owners of the dogs they imported from and they are good breeders, good handlers. If I did not know people I can get dogs from I think I would trust them. I have no reason not to.

Good luck

Thanks GSDPACK & Sitasmom,

after 4 days of sitting aound with nothing to do (the school where I work has been closed all week) I finally found a way to make use of all the snow & ice! The background is ice encrusted prairie grass at a prairie grass restoration site at the nature center near my house.

I purchased a young half sister to Rasto from eurosport for the purpose of schutzhund, and wasn't enough dog for what I wanted.

Daryl,

I think we talked about her one other time. Was is Quazzi?  Its too bad that picking the right dog is sometimes more art than science.

Do you still train?

Quella was the one.  She was an older pup, one of the last two of the litter I think.  She was adequate for sport, but a bit disappointing toward my level of expectations.  I trained with a schutzhund club for three years, but mostly with a wide range of already titled dogs.  When I finally got the "right" dog for me, my ex stayed with the club, while I wound up switching to other venues for a broader all around experience, like herding and a bit of SAR.  I feel like a student who's "still deciding" on my major :-)

mike rasto sure made a fine dog. first picture i have saw of him since you bought him.as for good dogs bad dogs ,i think eurosportu probably sell more % of good dogs than any other kennel or broker out there . josef spends days on end looking for these dogs.

most important thing here is trust though like would everyone agree that if taunya or josiff told someone they had the perfect house dog for them they would really have that perfect house dog

while other breeders have been known to sell sport dogs to pet homes and pet dogs to sport homes correct?
