You are NOT sorry that you post otherwise you wouldn't have done so. furthermore, Sueincc is absolutely perfectly correct in her comments about you and the disdain/disgust we feel about what you've done.

My male is oversized. He is the only one of my dogs that sn't from a resuce. He was ethically bred from 2 GSDs who conformed perfectly to the breed standard. He just kept growing. He doesn't have any health problem atm and with any luck he won't hve any related to his size as time goes on. At least if he does, I know it's not the breeder's fault.

I also see you've managed to drag another bible basher into your silly argument Well done. You must be proud of yourself.

This thread has potential to go off topic. Lets please keep further comments on topic, and resolve other issues in PMs.

I understand your concern, but you don't know these guys the way we do, SitePictureK9.  This thread is going EXACTLY in the direction they want: they're holy men and therefore get to breed whatever they want, and any recriminations about breed suitability, size standards etc. are the WORK OF THE DEVIL because, well, they're holy men and less perfect humans like us don't get to criticize them.

Just thinking "aloud" here...............

The last part of my surname is Moses and my birthday is 25th Dec. Maybe in their eyes someone such as myself is suitable to be brainwashed with their BS. Well I must be superior too because at 34 yrs of age I wasn't crucified!!
I have already seen new members of the board (even newer than myself) get dragged into their argument and agree wtih them. It's a shame really.

If they are so superior to the rest of us, I take it I was wrong to have my oversized male neutered. I should have left him entire, bred unhealthy pups from him and then boasted about the fact that I'd potentially forced serious health conditions on young dogs because I wanted to see what it was like; that I hadn't brought anything to the breed and that I know I could fool people into thinking those pups were better than tose conforming to the breed standard.

I could go on and on ut there's no point with such people. I feel sorry for the dogs. What chance do they have? I just hope they are in fantastic homes that will care for them as needed should anything go wrong because of their size. After all, none of these so called holy men have answered questions such as whether they would take a pup back if necessary. Ethical breeders? Nope. Decent human beings? Nope.

Seriously????  And what is the sum total of your experience in schutzhund - oh that's right you have none.  Your arrogance is  beyond belief. You have no respect for the standard and you have no respect for schutzhund.  Hate to break it to you, but that's all your oversized dog is - a BIG pet.  Nothing wrong with being a pet, but you will never be able to turn a pigs ear into a purse either.
