Just what if all those accusations of "lynch mob" were not?

I think they were not! More than two people come to the same conclusion... not in your favor... and it is a "lynch mob!"

What really is being discussed on this thread? The past of Chrissy, the moment of Jenni, or the DOG that needs selling?

Aaykay, I wouldn't waste too much time trying to decode and answer that last post. I read it three times and decided my time was better spent pondering quantum physics.

I am not.....I have already moved on.  She needs to do so too and hope she does.

LOL Bee

BINGO!

You know what is amazing to me?
Is that people can be so blind they cannot see the facts in front of them!

Fact: Chrissy purchased a puppy for schutzhund etc  from Jinopo Kennel in Cz,
Hans at Alpine K9 acted as the "broker" for the purchase.

Fact: Puppy arrived, next day, buyer noticed horrendous overbite and
attempted to contact broker. Was told she would be called back.
It took over 10 days for contact to be made again.

Fact: Broker Alpine made some sort of offer of a replacement
(Chrissy pays shipping yet again), for said replacement, Chrissy has
by this point lost faith in both of these kennels, Jinopo and Alpine K9,
so chooses to accept the cards she was dealt and focus on her pup and
fixing his bite so he is not in pain to the tune of  $2000.00
She is also given a hard time by the broker when she suggets she
be reimbursed for this dental work.
Was told by broker he could have had it done for "$89.00"

Fact: Chrissy comes on this board on 12-28-11 and posts xrays of her pups hips,
or non existant hips. It takes a few days, but eventually the breeder/broker duo is exposed,
and the entire story comes out.

Fact: It took exposing the names of the breeder/broker duo to have Hans make
an appearance on here. He tried in vain to defend his "warranty" etc, but as it turns out,
the pup was shipped with a littermate, and Hans was instructed by his partner Jiri
to make sure he "got the right pup". Hans claims it was dark in the air cargo-
we all know how those places are like caves and you need a miners hat to see right?
Because that would sure be safe for the general public to be in the dark, sure, seems logical
Ultimately, it turns out you would not need light to figure out which puppy was meant for Chrissy,
Hans likely scraped his knuckles on the pups overbite a couple times in the dark!

Fact: It took the suggestion of a sworn Law Enforcement Officer Slamdunc to all of a sudden
"motivate" Hans to finally refund this customers money. At the hint of a law suit, all of a sudden
a refund was coming.

Fact: This thread was very heated, many lies and scams and even breeding ethics were exposed.
Several dis-satisfied customers and/or friends of customers came forth with similar stories.
If any of that is an "attack" on someone, so be it.

Yes, a certain breeder took some heat for a breeding she did with her untitled-untested male
to a titled tested female she owns, and yes, her "happy" clients came forward with stories of
her greatness and her dogs greatness etc. But, people that have a clue saw through the smoke
and mirrors and saw it for what it was, a typical "backyard breeding"-no more, no less.
A lot of dancing around and such was done by this breeder to try to do anything BUT
admit to the breeding. Why hide it?

Others on this board would be hung out to dry for using a male with no hips/elbows certified,
but her "happy clients" chastised anyone who dared to point it out. Of course, what was most
ironic about all this was how forward this same breeder is about other peoples
breedings and dogs, yet has never accomplished anything in a recognized arena.
A lot of "talk" about mysterious training, and even alluding to this same male as being
a working Police K9?  An old ad was found and forwarded to someone else,
wherein the breeder described the sire as "fast normal" hips, yet the hips have never been certified.
By the way, OFA "sucks" in this breeders eyes, wait, it does until she got an OFA Excellent
on a female she purchased, then she bragged about it, but then, "OFA sucks" again.

This same breeder was quick to chastise anyone for any personal comments made about
Hans of Alpine K9, but yet to this day continues to refer to people as "idiots" etc.
"Don't do as I do--do as I say" I guess?

At the end of it all, Chrissy got her money refunded FINALLY, and a breeder/broker
duo was exposed for some less than ethical dealings.
By the way, they can bitch all they want about that
line, they admitted in their OWN WORDS that they have "shipped the wrong pup" and
"it was a f*cking misstake" more than once.

So yes, it was a pretty enlightening thread all in all

I hope this won't be forgotten too quickly. Just a few days ago someone asked in this forum for recommendations for breeders and he was PM'd Alpine. I hope he takes my suggestions to read the "hips" thread and google all the kennel names he receives before he makes a decision, especially the ones he receives as private emails.

In six generations, 17 dogs in the BSP, 24x and multiple WUSV winners one of whom went 2x to the WUSV and won once, I do not consider Jennifer's breeding that of a "backyard breeder"  Also, not all of the dogs in Iraq, not all of the police dogs, not all of the dogs dropped out of choppers in Afghanistan are SchH titled or breed surveyed but that does not make them less of a dog than anyone elses.  Any breeding where BSP appears 24x and WUSV CHAMPION appears on both sides, I consider just fine, thank you very much.  Very suspect when this keeps getting brought up by bitter people when all the buyers are happy.

"Workingdogz" (aka "very big and brave behind the safety of my screen name"), I certainly hope non compos mentis isn't considered a personal attack. When you know nothing of what you speak, it is better to keep silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

Crazy but intelligent can be entertaining; this is just banal and platitudinous.

As an interesting aside, anyone else find it fascinating that the continual snipes are always made by those who think they "know" so much, yet will never disclose their names or even speak of their dogs or dogs' names, or where they train, etc. in such a way that they could possibly be identified? Lots of people have screen names, but they talk about their dogs, use their dogs' names in posts, talk about where they train, mention where they're from, etc. They come across as real people and are not going out of their way to hide their identity. Others....not so much. Kinda makes you go hmmmmmm...

Yours truly,

P.S. How dare you accuse me of a backyard breeding! Those puppies were conceived in a beautiful, peaceful, prestigious setting amongst the Tide......................in my laundry room.

This is the reason why when I see someones name that has never identified themselve, I see them as a troll & treat them as such. Nothing they ever say is taken seriously by me. If you want people to listen to you, stand behind what you say ;)
