I like to think total Face Expression of a dog, the glow in the eye and ear set tell a lot about the temperament (confidence) of a dog, I think your Amara has the right expression, eye glow and ear set, beautiful pose

You have a beautiful girl there, her pigment is dark and rich, she has a lot to grow yet, looks very very nice especially that look in her eye " what is going on!!!"

As you know I am not an expert, Orwell has a different face expression than my other dogs, he looks and acts more serious, after following all posts about confidence, nerves, civil etc I know in temperament he's my best GSD and the closest to standard in regards to character and traits description. He is also more tolerent of other dogs than any other dog I have or had. I think it was clear at around 2 years that he has it in him to guard. I only wish I could train him in a club, he had some classes with a trainer here, but when I posted videos all experts here advised me to run away.

Hi, this is my first post, and just to say, how can anyone not be happy with their GSD's. I presently have 3 boys, all of whom are trained for obedience. Their love of life a and joy in trying to please me is infectious. All have their foibles, but all are lying around me now, having spent a lot of today in my van, while I have been working.
All of mine are from working lines, apart from my oldest who is half work, half show.Don't know how to post pics, but my youngest is Ashlindt Mars, who is on this database.Enjoy while they are here. They are never here long enough.
