Elkoorr

Funny that almost all her dogs are SCHH titled, either imported or done by herself. Aaykay, if you like working dogs from one of the best and true sheep herders, go to Ulf Kintzel.

Joan, what made you test Charik for Renal Dysplasia? I mean, thats not just something one is crossing off its test list?

by joanro on 21 December 2012 - 12:12

Elkoorr, in my post, I said, " not a dog that is ONLY suitable for the sch field." Let me explain what I meant by that: a dog ONLY suitable, that means it isn't suitable for anything else, but that does not mean a dog which does sch is not suitable for anything else. Elkoorr I have imported ONE titled dog, my other three titled dogs (one a GSL, not on my website, but so you can verify to make sure I'm not making it up, his name; Questor vom Mittlewest) I raised from pups, trained myself and titled myself. To answer your question, elkoorr @ why the RD test? : because I'm a responsible breeder :)

To your comment regarding sheep herding ; goats are real (they can break your leg, or worse, if a dog stampedes them into you), the job is real, the dog's work is real. Nobody gets hurt and it's very gratifying. I don't have any sheep yet, but plan to get some. Much easier to start youngsters on than goats.

Vomeisenhaus, "Don't forget the $ sign on #2." I'll let YOU keep that in mind, it seems to worry you more than me. :)

Thats right joanro... A well bred shepherd can exceed in any venue whether sport or work. So what dogs are ONLY SUITABLE ON THE SPORT FIELD? And I can assure you the only unsportsmanlike conduct you ever seen was on the internet...lol. Aaykay... Got any pics of your REAL WORKING DOGS doing any work? Seen the pics you posted another thread. Looked like they were doing what they do best.... Lol And there you have it folks. The 10 top breeders who are in good standing on this forum. Joanro... Nothing you do worries me. This place is just good entertainment for the winter :)

That's what I thought. I'd snipe somewhere else if I was you. My clique has been working dogs since the 70's and have numerous progeny on the field, in LE and have competed at the highest level. Good day to you.

by joanro on 21 December 2012 - 16:12

Eisen, what are you talking about, sniping? Your clique? You takin credit for what someone else has accomplished? That figures.

You talk bad about breeders I mentioned and this is your comeback? Lmfao. I take credit for nothing someone else did. all I'm saying is they have accomplished more than you ever will. I already said I was a horrible handler and terrible trainer and don't know to much...lol what more do you want?
