its not just his dog..............the german shepherd doesnt belong to anyone in particular and the goal should be to keep improvin the breed.........even if it means putting self interests aside.......

The US is not yet a communist country. He bought Bomber..his dog, he owns him. Period.

it's not just his dog?  The GSD doesn't belong to anyone in particular?  What are you talking about?  Of course Bomber is his dog.  He bought the dog, he owns the dog, he can do anything he wants with HIS dog including deciding not to offer him for outside females.   I hope he changes his mind, I think Bomber is extremely valuable to the US breeders - but that decision is his and only his to make, because the dog is HIS and noone else's.

LOL, 'not just his dog'...
eddyelevation, I beg to differ. Unless you paid for a percentage of him,
Bomber does in fact belong 100% in full to Parrish, and he is under no
obligation whatsoever to allow anyone else to utilize the dog in their
breeding program. Quite frankly, with the way this thread started about
Parrish, I can't say as though I blame him for not allowing access to
the dog. Too many people in this country worry about whether or not the
owner of a stud dog is 'popular', who f'ing cares!?!? As long as you get the
breeding made on your bitch and your paperwork is signed in a timely manner,
it doesn't matter if anyone thinks Parrish is 'cool' or not.Shades Smile

eddy-don't worry, you ca n believe the owner of this dog is doing exactly the right thing for his dog, and the entire breed.
Why in the world would he book more breedings for his dog? You can believe this guy is experienced enough to know where to draw the line.
I could only wish I could get on the list to recieve one of them Christmas gifts, somewhere down the line :)

Like I said this ain't no communist country. He owns the dog, and I bet he didn't buy him, thinking, "I'm obligated to let any ol' body use this dog, cause he belongs to the greater good, and I have no say so concerning who uses him."

I met Parrish today and bought a Bomber pup too. I believe him to be a good man with the better of the breed in mind.
