lucid298 - someone who knows what he's got, what a good breeding is and is not interested in making a profit does that.

interesting to see that people on this board are setting the stud fee of a dog that doesn't even belong to them.

a fair stud fee is what the owner of the dog and the owner of the bitch decides.

if a dog is over used, the stud fee goes higher or more bitches are turned away. if the dog is under used the opposite happens. supply and demand.

i believe bomber's semen is being frozen for later use, i asked a while back and he said he was going to do it.

i'm glad someone her in the US was able to buy him, bring him over, continue to work him.... the US has many super dogs, and this one adds to the gene pool......

looking forward to seeing plenty of bomber progeny in the near future.

I know this 'crazy' person would love to see some of the shhowline breeders, step outside of the box and use Bomber in their programs.
What an asset to the SL I believe he would be.

Not sure that SL would be good match for this dog....hey but who knows?

Probably not, but I myself think he woould be a good match for some of the showline.
The conformation alone (IMO) would be a great asset to "many" a showline dog.
If I did not already have my "out source" of DDR dogs that I cross my showlines with, I would certainly add a Bomber dog in my line, then go back into my showline.
The fact that I am not a "professional" dog breeder, or competitor, does not mean there is no method to my madness.
I know what I like in a German Shepherd, and I know what the general consensus of the people I deal with like. I believe that with the right line, there would be no loser in the bunch, again, that's just my opinion.

He's a beautiful dog, but a little weak in the pasterns in my opinion, and has a little more rear angulation than I prefer.  You'd have to breed him to dogs strong in areas where he is weak.
Just my opinion of course. :P

Personally, I would not hesitate to use a good WL dog with my AKC CH bitch.

Workinhdogz... When a layman watches us walk in a field putting pieces of hotdogs in our footsteps and then go get our dog and let him follow our tracks and eat what we threw down in the field..... Lol. Sane people don't do this do they?

They have a full page ad in the WDA Dec.  issue on Bomber and their phone numbers. If you are interested in Breeding to him you could also click on Parrish's ad on the premium listings.

Lucid298, you are right that pup is a very very nice dog with Russ Osburn and helper Dennis working him, he is doing very nicely.
Bomber is a very very nice dog in work and in looks. Hope some of you are able to breed with him and get some great pups.. Bomber's address is Webb City, Mo. connected right to Oronogo, Mo. Russ Handles the Matings, so you might do best to speak to him when scheduling for a breeding.
