Did anyone get their AKC puppy papers from litter of VA Harry X Farah ? - Page 10

Brittany, I have asked her many times with no answer.  She sent me
an email stating she will only send me something if I take all the comments
down about her, and take off the complaint I put on  ripoffreport.  This is
how people knew my situation and started to email me about her.  One
person said she sold them a sterile dog.  I had a phone call from one guy
when I wasn't even home.  My husband aswered and talked to him and
took down  his number.  He wanted to know when he was getting his
puppy papers.  I don't know this guy so I did not return  his call.  He needs
to get his puppy papers from Christie, who he bought the puppy from.
I  have asked her many many questions and she refuses to answer alot
of the questions.  I did not find out about a so called missing signature till
she came on this board.  She can take me to court if she wants to I don't 
care anymore.  She's nothing but a big liar.  I contacted AKC myself to find
out that she was never registered by Christie. (Farah)  I figured out why she
never did (this is the only explanation I can come up with)  She purchased her
as an import and bred her to  her 2 males.  (this is what she told me)   Her clients
trust her and are waiting for their puppy papers.  She made a point to tell me
that she did not keep any puppies.  She sold Farah to me cause she wants to
concentrate on her own lines.  She never had any papers to give me it doesn't
matter how much money I gave her.  All along she sold the dog to me without
me knowing there were  no papers.!  So it's been over a year now that she
could have registered her.  She doesn't care if she is registered cause she's
not keeping any puppies.  So as I said before I started making phone calls and
emails to find out what was really going on with her. (Farah and Christie both)
I looked at the back of  her import pedigree and found the name of the person
that imported her.  I looked her up on the net and contacted her.  She got back
with me THE NEXT DAY.  She said to get her all my paperwork and she'd help
any way she could.  I also got hold of Sabine and gave them all my info. and sent
them my paperwork as well.  I paid the $30 to get the paper (not sure how to spell it)
from Germany.  I paid $40 for the DNA and another $50 to register her with AKC

Since this is a civil matter between us, she can take me to court.  Because we need
to agree on a reasonable price for gas, if she really spent that much she said she
has receipts. She can send me copies.

Anyway, here's a hypothetical senario.   If  YOU  sell a dog / puppy and that person
never registers the dog / puppy  and sells it to someone else.  then the second party
has a right to register it with AKC   Am I correct ?    The first person had plenty of time to register
the puppy if they really wanted to.   Not everyone registers puppies, as I sometimes get
emails from AKC regarding puppy buyers that didn't reg. their puppies.  As AKC wants
money !  They just went up in price to register an individual dog/puppy to $30
To puppy buyers out there be warned, to not trust her.  She has made me look like the bad
person here and the ONLY thing I did wrong.  1) trusted her   2) waited all this time to get my
deserved papers  3) could have more gracefully complained.    I try and trust people till they give me a
reason not to trust them.  She is AKC reg.  because of my diligence, money paid and the
supporting documents and emails I have kept.  And yes my puppies have papers too.  She had
more than enough time to get it all done, that only took me  2 1/2 months.  She didn't want a
registered dog, but I do.  As my final statement  here, Christie and I have no contract as she emailed
me and told me so, some time ago.   I took her word on that and said  " fine".  I do owe her some money
for gas expenses and will pay it.  But will take my time just like she did,  b cause we have no contract
I am doing it  b cause it's the right thing to do.

So to all of you that doubted me, called me names and said they'd never buy a puppy from me.
I have nothing bad to say about you.  Next time, if I do come back on here I hope that you'll be
kinder as I am a good honest person.  I love my dogs dearly and take good care of them.

Ok, LTS, YOU started this particular thread, as well as a few others, bashing Cesna for not having the papers and charging you a transportation fee and the dog is not registered and blah blah blah. But really, you pay money for a dog, from someone you've never met, and you don't check the folder to see what's in it?! And you don't get home and look in the folder? And you just now realized that you don't have the AKC papers? Or no you did know the dog didn't have the papers, and you bred her anyway, and promised that they were registered? Either way, breeding the dog and selling the pups under the assumption that the pups would be AKC registered is a bunch of crap. I'm sorry, but it is. You're on here bashing a breeder for selling you a dog and not giving you papers that you were promised, yet you're doing the same thing? And you're happy with breeding dogs that aren't registered and selling the pups? That's what makes the "cash cow" statement. If you LOVE your dogs, you don't just breed them 5 months after you have them, when you know they don't have papers, or at least that YOU don't have the papers. That's not love. That's wanting to make money off of your dog. You barely know the dog. And don't say the "oh well you must not love your dogs or they stay in the kennel 24/7" because I love all of mine, and they stay inside with me (nothing against kennels), they go everywhere with me. But you don't just fall in love with a dog after 5 months, enough to breed her to whoever that you just know is a perfect match for the dog, when you don't have papers for the bitch, but you LOVE her so much that you breed her anyway. No. As for the situation, you're seriously bashing someone for not giving you papers because you didn't fulfill the transportation fee. Why did you not just go pick up the bitch from the breeder's house? Would've saved a lot of time and frustration. Pay the money and get the papers so that the owners of your pups will get what they paid for. 

There is a word for people like LTS.  I will not write it out because I usually do not refer to other living beings like this.  But the initials are WT.

I feel sorry for Farah.  When can we rescue her? 

Cesna, don't sell dogs to people like this.  I don't care about any contract. 

Just absolutely disgraceful on all counts because of the dog.  Shame on you both!

I believe LTS "has gotten her papers", and has also received the papers for the litter of puppies she has.
If that is the case, I hope both parties have learned some valuable lessons here and wish the BOTH of them better luck in their future dealing.

AKC will re-issue papers in your name if you can prove that you bought the dog and the seller is wrongfully withholding papers. AKC will usually send a letter asking for the seller's side of the story. Seller has 30 days to respond. At that point, AKC will review both sides of the story and determine who they feel owns the dog. In this case, the transport fees were not included in the contract, so AKC would naturally side with LTS since she can probably prove the purchase price was paid for.

The AKC and SV have all documentation for the poor dog.  The AKC will not issue any paperwork until everything is resolved and it is in writing from me.  The Germans whom the dog was co-owned have also documented everything with the SV...Again...hence the reason the original Annental was given to me at the end of July when we decided to sell the female rather than to co-own her together and I wanted to promote my own dogs...Everything was turned over to me to find the dog a great home...  The dog was sold for a very reasonable price because we did decide to stop showing/training her and get her in a great home....

I would still drive out and pick up Farah and give Donna every penny she paid for Farah.  At that point, Farah would be spayed and never have to worry about being bred again.  She would be a happy dog with a happy family.  This is not about the money.  This is about the principle and people being impatient, untrusting and feeling the need to throw mudballs instead of acting like adults..  I will follow my purchase contract and I will issue the paperwork to Donna..  I only wish at this point, that I could get the dog back...  For Farah's sake, she was absolutely placed in the wrong situation, and I feel extremely guilty...  It wasn't for the money paid for the dog, as that is very minimal compared to everything I have done with the dog... She was happy here with me...

I cannot believe this shit is still going on. Kitkat I hope your right that Donna got her papers and this will be laid to rest. If not maybe Admin can lock the thread! How crazy!!!!!
