Well that seems pretty clear. If the $350.00 in shipping were satisfied then the buyer would receive the papers?

Did you pull the trailor just to transport the dog for the buyer? Or would you have taken it anyways?

No she doesn't have any AKC papers to give me, if I gave  her a thousand dollars !
She brought about 7 of her own dogs, on the way to the Sieger Show.  She called me and
said I needed to get her now.  It was in the middle of the night and my daughter and I drove
to Davenport Iowa from Foley Missouri.  Which was 5 hours each way.  She was getting off
on a certain highway and so she wouldn't be going out of HER way, I met her exactly where she
told me to meet her.  But SHE did not show up.  So she said to get off the highway and get her
an address and she'd use her GPS and come to me.  Well we waited and waited and she
finally showed up after about 2 hours.  She got lost and got mad at me.

And for the last time I was suppose to be getting the AKC papers then.  She kept it a secret
from me that she never even had the AKC papers.  She has bred this same female to
two of her dogs already, one of which is a  VA rated dog.  And she's telling her supposedly
puppy buyers she's in the process of getting it done.  NOT !  I've had this dog for  5 months
now.

Cesna,

Perhaps you could take the dog back and just give Donna her money back? Unfortunately she bred the dog but at this point if you did this, the entire issue would be resolved so Donna can just move on!

I'm with Cesna on this one.An no I don't know her just been reading ALL these post.WOW yo have had this dog for 5months now and she had a litter that is over 8 weeks old? You didn't wait long to breed her oh thats right you knew they would be a perfect match. Now if I were Cesna I would just say no paperwork you broke the contract. Then you come on a public forum (many threads) and bash her.Right now you have 4 or 5 threads going on and I get a kick out of you saying you are just inquiring not pointing fingers.

Hmmmmmm, I had someone transport my puppy 1000 miles and they wouldn't accept my money for transportation, because they were transporting their dog anyway. Guess I deal with a different level of peopleWink Smile.

Gustav, good point.  I was traveling to NASS and kept the female for an additional 3 weeks.  However, it was not my vehicle and all monies will be given to my friend with whom I traveled.  The buyer could not afford to get the dog any other way.  By taking the dog with, it was much more affordable for the buyer...  But again, I am obligated to the person whose vehicle was driven.  The point of the matter is, the sale contract has yet to be fulfilled... If Donna could not afford the travel expense, she never should have committed to the dog.  Again, hindsight is 20/20..  In all of my years in the German Shepherd Dog world, I have never had to put up with someone like Donna...  I have always had to pay transportation/shipping charges on every purchase made...  It is part of every transaction...

Yes, poor Farah...  I am more than willing to take the female back and give Donna back her money...

Cesna: "Yes, poor Farah...  I am more than willing to take the female back and give Donna back her money..."

Bravo Cesna! Nice to see a breeder who cares more about the dog than the bucks. If Donna refuses this offer, it should make it totally clear to everyone who the a**hole is.

Great to hear that you will take Farah back and just settle this. So Donna this is your chance (which is not always offered) to chalk this up to a bad decision, give farah back and get your money back. That way you both will be happy and we can put these threads to rest.  Regular Smile

Donna: I just saw that your still "promising papers" to unsuspecting buyers for  $12-1500.00 which now you know your not going to get. If your not going to be honest about it, I will be happy to post a comment below the ad and advise buyers that the pups have no papers. I just shake my head that for all the crap you have typed here, your DOING THE EXACT SAME THING TO BUYERS THAT YOU COMPLAIN WAS DONE TO YOU. Lower the price, place the pups, then give the dog back to Cesna and be done with it. Or now that you have deposit money, PAY HER THE FRICKIN $350.00 and at least give buyers what you promised them.

OR, LTS can give Cesna the travel money and give LTS her papers.
It seems bizarre to me that someone would even think of putting the. Stipulation in a contract that, "if you talk about me, wherever, the contract is void". Who does that?
There obviously was a total breakdown on a "meeting of the minds" here.
The dog is already transferred, had puppies, yadda, yadda, yadda.,
...
Obviously the dog was being sold anyway, the seller was going that way, anyway,
I know sometimes I buy things that I have to scrimp and save for,big deal
There was someone else here not long ago that was going to keep ssomeones deposit because they came here and spoke about it
That was wrong in my opinion.
Some breeders, brokers act more like used car salesmen than dog fanciers.
Does it really matter if you like LTS or not?
She bought an AKC registered(able) dog. Pay the shipping, give the papers, I mean really, be fair
