Read the WUSV constitution or call GSDCA and WUSV and ask them.  The member WUSV clubs make payments to the WUSV based on their contracts and business agreements as outlined in the constitution of the WUSV.  The amount of money paid by GSDCA and GSDCA-WDA is none of USCA's business and has nothing to do with USCA's obligation to pay their dues and to obey the WUSV constitution.  I personally do not know the answer to that question but if I did I would not tell anyone that had no need or right to know.  Since you obviously don't know how much USCA pays I suggest that you start there.  The USCA has had a pseudo USCA breed registry which is a re-badged SV registry which costs the USCA some money but that is a separate issue unless of course the USCA is no longer a member of the WUSV at which point the breed registry based on the SV registry will collapse.

I just got the latest e-mail from Jim.  It says that WDA and USCA have to accept each others' "titles and ratings."  Does that mean WDA has to recognize my breed survey?  Because I tried to enter a show and they wouldn't let me.

If an SV recognized Koermeister gave the rating I believe the answer is absolutely they must.  If not an SV Koermeister probably not .. see the WUSV constitutional amendment wording.  The WDA must follow whatever the WUSV rules say.

Mr. Alloway gave me a call last week. He and I discussed "the letter", and we both agreed....

1) GSDCA and/or WDA members will be accepted into trials, shows and other events.
2) GSDCA/GSDCA-WDA scorebooks will be accepted into trials, shows and other events, as long as the holder is a member in good standing with either GSDCA and/or WDA
3) SV, SVF and WDA judges scores will be accepted. (we both agreed that WDA-SVF judges would be a bit more correct).
4) that WDA should reciprocate in kind.
5) that GSDCA and/or WDA members would not be charged any more than any other non-members entering a trial, show or event.

Oh, and he congratulated me on my dog's BH and said my scorebook was certified and would be in the mail very soon
(received my scorebook yesterday with my bond check voided).

I don't know where its going from here on, but it looks like its off to a great start. IMO......

Was that before or after he had "clear and honest communication" with Herr Henke and the WUSV??  Thanks for giving the GSDCA and GSDCA-WDA what was already theirs .. how generous,  but I think #5 may be a problem as outlined in "the letter".  The GSDCA-WDA has always followed the WUSV constitution so their is no reciprocity needed on the GSDCA-WDA's part.  They did the right thing without a "do or die" letter.

Good that you two decided the rest of the worlds fate but here is the reality of what was written in "the letter".  The USCA was forced to obey the rules and did not do so willingly ( 2010 WUSV meeting minutes ).  Now if Herr Henke and the WUSV membership agrees you are all set, but I don't think Herr Henke will be open for any negotiations or compromises. I reworded your peace initiative to include "the letter" and the WUSV constitution as part of the plan.

1) GSDCA and/or WDA members must be accepted into trials, shows and other events on the same basis as other WUSV members.
2) GSDCA/GSDCA-WDA scorebooks must be accepted into trials, shows and other events when scored by SV or SV recognized judges and Koermeisters
3) SV, SVF and WDA judges scores must be accepted by all WUSV member clubs.
4) that WDA will follow the WUSV constitution and rules as before so no change needed on their part
5) that GSDCA and/or WDA members would not be charged any more than any other WUSV members entering a trial, show or event. I guess the AWDF members not a member of the WUSV are just going to continue getting to pay for the priviledge of participating in a USCA trial despite the one scorebook for all idea.
