Do you see what Markobytes is saying? If you have a mentor, did they help you select these puppies as good foundation stock ? You say that you will breed for health and temperament, yet you failed to recognise that mega-e in the lines is somewhat of an issue, did your mentor not raise the issue of mega-e either? Did your mentor agree that health, temperament and conformation was so good in this litter it was a good source of foundation stock? How do you even know what the temperament is like? Or do you not listen to what your mentor's advice either?
You come to ask for advice, you see any criticism/questioning/advice as 'bashing' because it isn't the answer you want. The fact that you cannot differenitate between it and take everything as a personal attack just highlights your supreme immaturity. What you say and what you 'do' don't match up. Your goals as pointed out are unrealistic. It is easy to 'say' you will stand behind your dogs if they need to come back, have health issues etc....but do you appreciate the resources you would need to do this? What 'resources' do you have?
You had a bad experience first time out, but I don't understand what you learned from that experience. It seems you just jumped right in and bought a puppy to breed. You must ask yourself what you know about GSD health issues, breeding lines, what to avoid, what different lines produce.......I could go on and on. You are unaware that the setup with the breeder selling the puppies is not entirely uncommon and is certainly not underhand. You need to recognise how little you know. Do you know what dogs are implicated in epilepsy? You love dogs but are prepared to risk producing pups that could have to endure a lifetime of health problems, because you are 'making mistakes' as you learn. Ugh.
It's frustrating, I see litters of puppies advertised that are bred by people who just don't know (ignorant) or just don't care, every day of the week in the free ads, and I hate to see someone else hell bent on taking the short route there. They talk a good story too.

My mentor had nothing to do with this at ALL. I found the breeder myself and I bought the female the brother I got for free. The breeder told me about the mega e in the brother. She believes that with mega e it is gentic but that doesnt mean if she was bred that the puppies will have it. They could she told me. I did recongize it and all this. I bought these dogs or bought the female NO ONE I repeat NO ONE told me where to buy a dog from. I thought honestly I could try and do things myself so Abbby Normal your very rong. I have a mentor now. At the time being I did NOT. I thought thr breeder where I got these pups from wpuldve mentored me but did no such thing. I understand what everyone is saying I really do. Im not fighting with anyone anymore all u people do is love to blame and bash people. Some do help and give good advice but others are ridicules. Yes people do learn from their mistakes. I have heard this before. People learn from all their mistakes they have made in their life u people act like u never did make any mistakes. I understand when u do become a breeder u do your best NOT to make a mistake well again im soo sorry im not perfect like you people I really am. Alot of u people became breeders and I know some of u if not alot of u learn how to do it and follow your dream. This has always been my dream. My mentor that I have NOW is teaching me everything I need to know making sure I do NOT make the mistake anymore. Dont u people think im tired of making mistakes dont u. Im not making anymore im sticking with my friends from now on and thats it. Again im very sorry im not an expert yet but in order for u all to become experts u learned and did research and did all the things im doing so do me a big favor stop acting like u never made any mistakes in ur life bcs u have and dont tell me u haven't. As far as my mentor goes and or mentors leave them out of this they have nothing to do with this whole situation. They didnt tell me to buy any dog from anyone. I did that myself

You have gotten a lot of good advice here. Some you liked and some you didn't.
Before you bought your bitch and got her brother for free did you research about mega-E and the genetics of it?
Did you research the health problems associated with the German Shepherd dog and the different tests to determine if the breeding stock is clear of the problems?
Did your mentor help you pick this breeder? Why? If she/he didn't, you have only yourself to blame.
If you have answered these questions in some of your previous extremely verbose posts, I am sorry I missed them but your posts are very hard to read without paragraphs and spelling. To be honest, you sound like you are about 12 years old.
I am not meaning this to be unkind but it is almost as bad as waterboarding to try and read your posts.

This was the best sentence I read following all these pages...
A lot of us did forget WHY we are dog owners. For all of them who forgot: We became dog owners because at one point of our life we loved dogs.
Being a good dog owner is difficult, sometimes we need to make decisisions we don´t like.
This means, that our dog is our companion, we are responsible, and in this case responsibility means keeping the dogs, having a lot of fun with them, giving them a good life.
Jersey, your dogs don´t care about breeding, but they do care about you. Everything else the future will show.

A little less detail goes alot further....
Even tho many are 'less than welcoming' to those that are not as educated, or do not express themselves so clearly as others,
If the door keeps getting shut on this girl, she IS going to move forward with her plans, but she is goung to do so with the guidance of those that keep shafting her.
While I 'try' to help her, my way is not the only way she should be looking. She definately needs a lot of help in what she aspires to do, shit, I'm still looking to learn "Everyday"....
IF she had asked me about the dogs she got now, I would have told her to run as far, and as fast as she could from that 'breeder'.
