The announcement and the list of dogs was posted on September 26, 2014 by member sitasmom under the title Gojkovic Andrija. Sorry, I cannot copy and paste on the phone.

Okay, but someone is making claims that the owners were notified and to me at this time that is all guess work. We have no proof this person knows anything about the titles being stripped. Maybe this person was scammed by the original owner.

HERE IS THE LETTER

As the Association for German Shepherd Dogs ( SV ) eV recently by the announcement of the Slovenian WUSV member club was known , the Bosnian FCI Judges A. Gojkovic in 2009 has been suspended by his hometown club as Judges . This was the SV confirmed on demand by the Bosnian FCI club .

The data stored from the date of suspension tests are therefore not valid and can not be recognized .

Although Mr. Gojkovic at no time SV judge was , the association is affected by this in large measure , because if an immediate review launched in the studbook office a large number of tests it was found that were filed after the suspension of Mr. Gojkovic and in the course of mutual recognition were to register for training indicator in the FCI field .

On the basis of these tests have dogs next higher test levels stored , are Ankörungen done and found uses in the breeding place .

The SV has now declared all documents created on the basis of such tests ( pedigrees , Körscheine , review papers) into its jurisdiction to be invalid or will correct accordingly.

The affected breeders and owners have been informed by the studbook office on the facts and any necessary measures .

Great, how do you know beyond a doubt that this person ever received this letter?

The person in question is a scammer as well so I doubt you will get compliance.......... More like the run around

Oh dear Lord .....if you can't take the word of the SV I give up ....

This isn't a Court of Law .....all proof has been presented ......

The SV clearly states all owners have been notified. I doubt they would publically post inaccurate information. Irregardless, PDB is aware of the ad and the information. If the ad continues to show titles and someone purchases any dog misrepresented on here with the knowledge of the PDB that the information is false a good attorney would probably find PDB liable in some way. IMO. Any way, the information is there, do with it as you see fit.

I doubt we would be held liable. We have no proof this owner has been informed. Owners of record and actual owners are 2 different things. Does anyone have contact info for Sabine (I think this is the spelling of her name). at the SV?
