Kalibeck

Hey Blitzen,
How are you doing?
I am still in remission, coming up on 24 months now. I have severe mobility issues since chemo & radiation, but between Carl & my dogs I stay pretty busy. I can no longer work, so finances are tight, but we are adjusting.
I go back for a Cat scan & exam the end of this month. 22-48 months is the most frequent window of remission for my disease, so I am cautiously optimistic.
Thanks for asking!
I hope you're well?

ps I would have PM'd you, but I can't seem to find them yet...lol.

Jackie, so glad you sound well. Just a little inspiration for you; my friend Denise Nations Newell ( now about 62 + or minus) has survived 3 bouts of cancer; breast, thyroid, and I donot know what the 3rd was) sooooo; keep fighting... Nan

Jackie, thanks for your kind post, and good to hear you are doing reasonably well but I'm sorry to hear about the continuing mobility problems. Good luck for the scans; hang in there, girl.      Rose Linda.

Nan & Linda, thank you so much! Denise sounds like quite an inspiration! I can't even imagine having gone through this 3 times!!! And I am still hanging, lol, though most days I feel a lot like the kitten in that old "Hang in there baby!" poster used to look!
So nice to hear from you both!

You are an inspiration for us, Jackie. Best of luck with your upcoming tests and keep in touch.

Jackie, glad to hear you are hanging in there, even though some days it must feel like you're hanging by your fingernails, from the sound of it!

The PM's are hidden in the upper right corner. I have a sidebar that shows my favourite websites, so I can't see it unless I close the sidebar!

Look for the menu that says Tools at the top, then under that you will see your PM Inbox.
