No. I mean do you KNOW about Helser ? Really ? Why don't you do a site search on him. Then you might appreciate better where the critics are coming from. The idea that ANYBODY in the breed, never mind someone prominent like Molly, would have anything to do with him, or would put any dog into his care, is anathema.

She seriously placed a dog with him? Even I know who he is.

I'm well aware of who he is. I've known of Tim well before any of you, back before he was who he is now.
The story behind Molly's dealing with him is far more extensive than any of you know. Nor is it my place, nor any of yours to discuss it. That crap was many many years ago. Let it go. We all live and learn.

I am sure I won't be taking your position. There is no proof or indication that any learning took place. Quite the contrary, since the State of PA has issues in the current set up of business and non-profit scenario.

This rug sweeping you are attempting probably isn't going to work with those of us with long memories.

Your steadfast defense is interesting, too. How much did you pay for your Eichenluft dog? Full offering price? Or, a discount?

Not knowing much about the current position of T H's interactions with the Law, criminal or civil, I can only comment that in my experience ( now over 50 years 'in dogs'), people with that much in their record very rarely seem to "live and learn". Particularly when it seems that they have happily incurred the same sort of criticisms multiple times at earlier points in their 'career'; and spent so much time trying to deny and disguise what they have been up to, in public.

What does Tim H have to do with the topic, nothing, if you want to talk about Tim then start a thread about him.

Western Rider, it isn't really 'about' Helser; it was the OP asking for clarification as to why posters on here were responding negatively to the news about Mystere being listed as running a problematic kennel, in the way that she was.

My answer to that was to point out that ONE of the things which disturbs people is the association with / trading of dogs with a man who has his own section of pages in the Ohio court records, of Rip Off Reports, and I think probably elsewhere too. That it is generally expected that Molly was experienced enough to know better than to make such a choice of associates. And that when somebody does not disassociate themselves from such questionable people, it is hardly surprising if posters choose to believe there is substance in anything reported against the 'experienced' person. "Guilt by association" if you like - but not difficult to understand, perhaps even justify.

Particularly where that associate has a known - and apparently continuing - history for denial, obfuscation, selling himself as things that he has been proved not to be, neglect of dogs, spousal-assault; and has unfortunately initially fooled a good many clients and others, by protesting that he is just someone who has been misunderstood, and is someone who is keen on 'love' and 'forgiveness' (if his Facebook page is anything to go by).

As to Helser's abilities as a Trainer, on which quite a few people have found themselves disappointed - to say the least - I wonder if Hans Prager ever managed to check Tim's claim to have "won the Czech Nationals" in '93 ? Not sure such claims being used to justify him attracting new clients even up to the current year (2017) are such 'old news', many,many years ago, irrelevancies.

Yes, people DO sometimes learn from their past mistakes;

unfortunately I see no evidence this ever occurred in this case.

I think just the fact that there is a difference in the care the rescue dogs receive and the care the more expensive dogs get, speaks volumes about the care giver !
JMO, and if I may address the question of what TH has to do with the puppy peddler, I say it speaks loud and clear and puts a light on Molly's compassion for the rescue dogs.
At the time she delivered that rescue to TH, that dirtbag had dogs stacked on top of each other in crates in his garage.
It was a well known fact that when Andre's and Amanda came out of He's dungeon, Amanda had a growth that burst on her and Andre's was put to sleep due to his miserable condition.
Who would give that creep any animal, let alone one in need of rescue.
Oh, I forgot, Ms Molly would and did.
She took Shelly's dog and gave her away after she took the entire litter to the dog pound, for spite.
Then, she goes begging for money , under the pretense of helping dogs that need help . She has legal expenses stemming from her rescue dogs because she is on the Top Five list of puppymill in the entire country, and don't provide adequate care for dogs that already are in need of help!

This thread was started about the rescue and kennel licenses in the State of Pa that Molly owns, not about Tim.  

Again if you want to talk about him start a new thread.
