Recognized dog's photo from elsewhere. If you use Google Chrome, right click on the photo and hit "Search Google for this image", otherwise go to https://images.google.com/ and upload the photo. There is a listing on Pets4Homes (among many other sites) offering this dog posted 1 year ago. Don't think a dog can be 9 months old for a year. Somebody should probably let Witmer Tyson know that their kennel name is being used like this.

Use that "reverse image search" liberally whenever you may be thinking of buying an animal sight unseen.

I was wondering if this is a scam, I looked up the phone number and it was linked to bank-haus german Shepherds. A quick google search, it was easy to find a couple rip off reports.

I noticed in the ads, that someone has posted a photo of my dog, Claus von Hoffnung, taken almost ten years ago and is using it to present their nine month old puppy in the classified ads for sale. No permission, no relation. SCAM ALERT!

I have blocked the member who made the ads. I gave him 24 hours to respond to my PM and members complaints but he did not.  

Isn't this the same POS that advertised a 9 year old pregnant bitch for sale or some such thing.

BEWARE.  Remember JYL we all wanted to rescue her.

I was thinking the EXACT same thing... Glad to hear that this guy is blocked from here... I remember that poor old girl.. I almost had her saved, but someone from here contacted him and tipped him off that I was going to contact him..
