| German Shepherd Dog | V(UA, RUS) Vogerland Shaytan OKD-1, ZKS-1 | I question this pedigree. There is no dominant black gene in the German Shepherd breed. Breeder claims this dog throws solid black with every litter. Pedigree shows black and tan saddle bred to solid black producing solid black. The Black and tan Erminal Visum clearly does not carry black recessive. All puppies from Black and tan no black recessive bred to solid black produce 100% bi-color carrying black recessive. A Black and Tan dog carrying black recessive ALWAYS presents as partial to full Bi-Color, NOT Saddle. Impossible for Erminal Visum to carry black recessive.
