Was looking for input on anyone knowing information on this problem as I recently bought a dog with this condition from a local breeder and then discovered that he has it. Not only does he have it but several other puppies from the litter do as well. Is it a long drawn out process for the puppies to get better ? How long will it take for them to cure? Any input will be greatly appreciated.

this site has alot of info, 90% of pups will out grow it, treatments vary, it can happen for many reasons. our last litter had some issues, none of our dogs had had this issue before, the parents of the bitch never had the issue, we even went to the breeder before that one and she never had any issues in the line, we have been told that there is no way to predict it happening but we where upset as where a couple of owners, we had the female spayed to make sure it does not happen again, a few beeders tryed to tell me to try her with another male but im not going to go threw it again.  good newes for you is that it is easy to treat and most will recover with no issues. please make sure that you spay or nueter the pup.
best of luck
