Anapolisa, I doubt you will ever be able to get a full
picture of that unless you can find and talk to a lot
of people who knew / worked the particular dogs
mentioned (and even that may not be easy to trace).
Unless the paperwork you have gives a great deal
of detail on breeders, handlers, owners, competitions etc.

It is bad enough trying to work out breeding strategies
from a normally registered pedigree sometimes.  You at
least have the advantage that the breeding is very likely
all working, rather than mixed show / work / pet !

Regarding the dog Felix, there is weirdness going on with the pedigree, and the mothers line is NOT Dutch Shepherd.  I personally knew both of the mother's parents, Oslo and Orly, and they are both Malinois.  In addition, I'm pretty sure the mother Alma is a dog I raised and trained until she was about a year old.  I had a female named Alma from the Oslo x Orly combination, who had some paperwork issues (AKC registered but on limited registration which I was not told about) so I returned her to the person I got her from.  He sold her and she eventually ended up with Mike Suttle at Loganhaus who bred her under the name Uma or Umma, and last I heard he had sold/placed her.  I suspect "Alma II" is this dog.  Who now has "NVBK papers".

The pedigree is also not what would normally be considered an "NVBK" pedigree, the dogs up close are mainly French dogs, with French Ring titles.  There are NVBK/Belgian lines behind those dogs, but I would call this a "French pedigree".

I started thinking about this statement "Loganhaus who bred her under the name Uma or Umma" and actually I think Mike called her Hannah, it was the people who he got her from who called her Uma.  I'd have to double check.
