We here in Illinois need your help. There is a bill up for vote here in Illinois, HB 198, that will virtually handcuff and choke responsible dog breeders in Illinois. Similar bills are coming up for vote in 33 other states across the country. Please take a couple of minutes to read this and sign the petition. There is also a place for non-Illinois residents to sign. My wife and I drove 3 1/2 hours each way to our State Capitol of Springfield last week, only to find the bill being shelved to a later date. HSUS and PETA have millions of dollars at there disposal to fund their obsessive efforts to eliminate pet ownership here in America so please help to support other dog owners by reading this bill and signing the petition. I know I speak for dog people here in Illinois and across the country in thanking you for your time and effort.

PS Forgot to mention, HB 198 goes up for vote this Thursday 19 Feb 09 at 2:00 pm.

The vote on Illinois HB198 scheduled for today was postponed due to the absence of it's sponsor. I was informed by his secretary that an amendment is being drafted but as of yet has not been completed. Hopefully it wasn't introduced by our former Governor and current indictee, Rod Blagojevich.

Our government is becoming just like Hitler in so many ways. All they want to do is just make it harder for the normal class of Americans. By us breeding our dog we are not hurting no one. They need to make it harder on the murders. Don't forget. YOU PAID FOR THAT DOG, YOU BUY THAT DOGS FOOD, YOU PAY THAT DOGS VET BILLS. Not our government. So, why should they be able to tell you what to do with your personal dog?
