The video showing drive on the dam does not impress me. I do not know why someone would play ball and show it as drive instead of showing her obedience or bitework.

This is a video of my puppy and his ball drive using a ball he is unable to pick up. Notice he starts shredding the hedge in frustration to get the ball not just trotting away with one. He is about 7 months old in this.

The puppy video is very cute and has some option to be able to work but is a very calm puppy IMO

I think that both the Dam and the pup would have exhibited more drive (potential seems to be there) if it was properly brought out.

The dogs are “being fed” instead of having to made work for it.

Which is boring for a dog.

In order to bring out drive you need to exhibit “energy in your movement”.

I have a question about the movie Pirates Lair, I don't do SCHh with my dogs, I love watching though (hehehe) but what I am wondering, is it not bad for the puppy's neck to be lifted like that? Not judging anyone, he obviously loves him deeply, and he seems so well trained for only 9 weeks, just wondering, as I am always trying to be so careful with the necks and backs at that age
