Vk, no, I don't wish. I believe the sv judges need to have some sense slapped into them...by people like myself and many many other gsd owners who do not agree with what they have done to the breed by not showing our dogs under them. You need to read again what it says.  You are adding in things that aren't said.  Any orginization could say the same.  Here is the problem.  It is so obviously loaded with holes that any one with even the simplest understanding of law would right away see it as worthless so they would steer clear.  Vk I'm not trying to belittle you but rather hoping you will see something that is very simple and plain.  If you can't see that then me trying to explain it using legal terms would truly be a waste.

geez joan claim after claim, i supplied the details of the org that at least attempts to the best of their resources to police quality and ethics and put members money into scientific research, training, etc ..... and you say i am not realistic.

loaded with holes - hyperbole much, one line leaves an option for a breeder to be publicly listed as for whatever reason to not provide a guarantee, go find out how often that happens and why, and forget the whole rst of the document. 

it is not a perfect document backed by thor the god of lightning. is there a recourse and a legal avenue for purchasers of puppies to have a reasonable guarantee  that the working dog works, do people that become members have a vested interest in supportng the integrity of the org's aims and have to face other members for bringing down the brand name and integrity of the breed.

How is my not supporting the sv by not showing my dog under them not being realistic? Do you actually believe outlawing ( as if you could), the show world is going to prevent perverts from producing deformed dogs? They simply won't join your make believe club.

how much do you know about the kelpie club?  enforcement is only good if there is any weight behind it.  The powers of the club are non existent.  And as far as me being a keyboard commando?  Someone who knows how to type and how to spell is a keyboard commando?  And someone who understands contract law what does that make them.  Or is it only when they disagree with you?  Your trying to throw out insults isn't giving what you say any weight.  A person usually results to insults and name calling when they are feeling cornered.  Try to see things from the other view point instead of letting your self get upset.
