Cop goes to last known address to serve an arrest warrant.

Dog is tied out by a door. Comes at officer and attempts to bite him, makes contect in some way.

Officer shoots dog.

End of story. No big conspiracy here.

No one said anything about a conspriacy,  The question is did this deputy use excessive and "dangerous" force after he first made a bad choice to enter into the space of the dog.  Get it right seriously...  Not one person is crying conspiracy here accept for you of course.

by seriously on 31 May 2007 - 12:05

Sure you are. Big mean rogue cops are killing people's dogs wrongly for no reason.

by Blitzen on 31 May 2007 - 13:05

Seriously, why don't you just let everyone have their say without belittling them?

by seriously on 31 May 2007 - 13:05

I'm not belittling...I'm arguing my point. I've seen plenty of stupid shit said here to me and LEO's, it's a two way street pal.

He is just feeling strangely guilty. Not sure why. Maybe he has some participated in some wrong doings. Also, he is too gung-ho. Im sure he is rookie. Pay no attention to the newbie.

Funk, get some new material. Getting boring.....come on, you sit a desk, think up some new stuff.  :)

Dawg, I should have spoke up earlier, but your comments on the choke issue made me re-think the whole puppy thing. About 5 years ago my sister-in-law tied a 6 month old pup in the garage using a choke. Two hours later when she returned home the puppy was dead. She cried for weeks and I sincerely believe she thought the dog would be safe.  Has she learned her lesson? Maybe, but I wouldn't give her another puppy to find out.

Certainly hope you don't quit posting as you impress me as one of the most caring dog owners on this board. I understand exactly where you are coming from on the choke issue.

Rediculous......

How about they spend 200 bucks or so and purchase a 10x10 kennel from Lowes or Home Depot.

How about we wait until the investigation is complete and a ruling has been made regarding the entire situation.

My dog died 7 years ago due to untreatable pancreatic insuficiency.  This grown man was crying so hard clutching his dead dog in the vets office they didnt even charge me for putting him down.  My boss sent me home for a week because I was worthless at work due to uncontrollable emotions.  I would never be described as a whiney type man but in regards to my dead friend, I was tore up pretty bad.  My last thought was buying another dog.......

In fact, its been 7 years and I am just now ready and looking.  I did not get the sense of bond for Max considering they were looking for a replacement shortly after his death.....
