As far as woman having a harder time staying fit...we have not the time woman used to in the 50's. Now we run the house, kids and a full time job. Are men working harder too to help their woman out? Mine never do. I have to shop for them, do the things they want to do and of course they still go out and have those beers with the guys, which is fine and all but us girls are at home, more than likely dusting the TV and washing the sheets, while you are out with the boys. I know I'm packing on the pounds these last couple of years. I want to go to the gym but after work, I have to make dinner or go buy it anyway, eat, clean up that mess, let it digest, do the how was your day thing, listen to that long draw out story, help with homework, fed dogs/work dogs/walk dogs and by the time my day is free to do what I want...I wanna sleep!

I finally took a stand and said..."you know what? I'm done trying to do it all and be the hottie too. I'm not 20 anymore, I have stress, I have a kid, I watch other peoples kids all day long. I have to put in so many hours in a day to pay the bills, by my self may I add! I wanna unwind with my dogs at the end of the day. I'm not getting up at 4am anymore to do cardio and lift weights. If I get fat/fluffy/chunky, I'm fucking entitled!
