Well I started a thread on Top 3 Studs,so now let's turn it over to the females.

Who do you all feel are some of the Best Modern Day Producing Bitches???

Why is so much emphasis put solely on the males,when in reality they only contribute 50% to the litter??The other 50% coming from the female.Would be interesting to hear the different mindsets relating to this question..

Steffi Tiekerhook, maybe she isn't producing today per say but what come after her I think shows to be also producing well.

I don't think people are scared to answer your question, but it is a hard question to answer.  First off, you are correct.  people do pay too much attention on the male and not enough on the female.  The reason this is a hard question is because you said "Today".  If you think about it, it takes years to see the results.  Say you start breeding a female around the age of three.  It will take atleast two years to see what she has produced.  Then you have another litter and we are looking at three years down the road to confirm with the first litter.  Then you have to take into account for the males being bred.  If you had a crystal ball, we could make some outstanding judgements.

Steffi Tiekerhook was for sure one of the greats.  Her grandmother, Esthera was the foundation bitch for Tiekerhook , titled in KNPV.
