Bob O, DH, Olskool, jdh, hodie (sometimes she will reappear) for the info; Don for the humor; iluv for her upbeat, loving posts; and ALL of the posts by people who just want to know more, share their experiences and enjoy talking GSD's.  I mean, isn't that what this board is all about?  Sharing info about the wonderful GSD so others can learn and further the info.  I too hate the bashing and name calling and most generally will not try to engage these posts.  I go out of my way to look for the posts that are informative, uplifting and upbeat.  If I've got an issue with someone or something someone says, I will ignore that poster and most all posts made by that person as it is not offering me anything. 

There is a lot of information on this database that would take years to learn on your own.  Oli, thank you for this site even thru our bickering and back-biting, I believe we are still learning. 

I frequent this site on pretty much a daily basis (while at work) and I must say, I respond to posts from a lot of posters but, generally from those that seem sincere in their appreciation of the gsd not those out to start something.

I believe everyone has something to offer this site and this breed, even if it is only a good home and lots of love for one of these amazing animals.  If you share the love and home of a gsd, your post is just as important to me as the next guy/gal's.  A lot of times, what you post is what we have wanted to but, either didn't have the guts or didn't know the best way to ask it.

I really don't like singling out specific posters for recognition like this. Some of the best intended who post here are bound to be overlooked and not mentioned and that could cause them to feel under appreciated and to post less often.

I read the topics first.  If it's something of interest I will read it regardless of who started the thread and then I determine if I have anything to add or ask.  But the people I do look for is 4pack- I love her pics and sense of humor, Don also has a lot of good information to share and he puts a nice twist on things with his wittiness, Gard is also very helpful and I enjoy YellowRose's posts as well.  There's a few more I know I missed and I apologize for not giving recognition. 

I'm with Shelly-group hug is deserved.
