JoeT,

Hakuna matata. I have a very thick skin... of course you rather have to if you want to hang out on this forum  So, naturally, no worries.

Anyhow, yep, that's the point I was going for. "Okay, he's from germany, but why does that dog's back have a 90-degree bend in the middle?"

I have german showline and workinglines, but my favorite GSDs are  workinglines are from some of the Grafental and Gleisdreieck lines. Your "ugly" dogs. I love them too. I currently have a long stockcoat male, Raven, out of my own program who is a Czech x DDR, that I held back as a personal dog. He may not be much to look at from a show perspective with that coat, but he's got the most stable nerve of any GSD I've ever met, and from puppyhood his bite's been like that of a baby alligator. Will I ever breed him? I don't think so, but that's beside the point. I don't have any great pics of him stacked, but here's a thread with a few one-person stacking attempts from last Oct. Hey Joe T...

Since you look like an expert on Am.Lines..how many did you own..and how many did you breed?? Let me guest...probably zero..when you don't know what you are talking about..you just shut up!!

Like they're is no problem with wk lines or german showlines..

I've been linving for over 15 years with Am. GSD..never had a HIP problem..and let me tell you that all my dogs could do an AD with their fingers stuck in their nose!! I had more problem with my working dogs than the show dogs. Am I just lucky for 15 years??

They're is some bad dogs in every lines...stop the bashing..it's not helping this breed..
