What would you grade these hip xrays?.....UPDATE 8/27/2008 - Page 1

These are not the originals. I took a picture of the original with my digital camera. So if the angle is off that is the reason. The xrays themself she was VERY straight.

What would you all grade the hips as?

I believe they would pass OFA with a "Fair".

I would say good,  personally

I have to say Fair as well.. Nothing really bad about the hips just not as correct as they could be. The head and neck are the same width, I would like to see more definition there.

Thanks for the responces....I talked to the vet right after the xrays and he seemed to think that they would be at least a GOOD.  The pictures that I took were not the best. The films themself looked great to me.  The positioning on the films were very straight. Here is another one that I took.

Well the wait is over...I am glad that the vet was right. Brix got...

I am happy she came back GOOD hips and NORMAL elbows.....now all our dogs have been done.

It does take a lot of your shoulders knowing. I cannot wait to get my girl's done hopefully before Christmas. It is on my Christmas list actually. A gift to myself. =) I am happy for you and your girl. Good luck!

 Good luck with your girls xrays...it does take alot off of my shoulders knowing that all my dogs are done.  I would have loved it if Brix got and EXCELLENT but I will take a GOOD anyday.
