Nice road.

5 PM Friday we'll still be in the graze. The ewes are lambing, should be great fun trying to keep track of a bunch of brand new lambs who aren't dog broke yet and their very protective mothers.

Rezkat, will you have them trained by Friday?  :)  :)

We will be accepting entries up to Friday morning. I may have to enter old T for a repeat SchH 1, just to give the newbies something to look at in all 3 phases. No way I'm sending my old dog over the 39" hurdle, and chances are he won't bite well with all the teeth I had pulled last winter, won't out after a year off training, but I suspect he will have a LOT of fun. Me? that depends on him. Ha ha ha. Might be a good idea to show him the tracking field, say Friday? Ha ha ha.

T's on his second scorebook. If he fails, I'll cremate it along with him when he goes to the bridge.

LOL Shelley, you have a great attitude and spirit - keep it up!  I know your trial will be great regardless of entries.  Wish I could  help.  Have a great weekend no matter what!

At this point I just want to get it over with, come what may. ha ha ha.
Its been raining here for days, last thing I needed, mud everywhere.  I may just post a broad apology for how the place looks at the foot of the driveway and call it good.
I'd kill for a couple of maids and a labor crew today. Not sure how far that old "Excuse the mess, we just moved in and we're remodeling" excuse will go. I've been using it for three years now... LOL

Thank God for my 6.5 hp shop-vac.

Vic arrived safe and sound last night.
We have two SchH  entries, (maybe another one coming) an AD or two, and 6-8 BH's.
Its gonna rain Friday, maybe Saturday too, but the seminar on sunday should be nice.
How come every time I climb on a stupid bicycle the heavens dump water by the bucket on me?
Why IS that?

Shelley, I just might have you beat, when it comes to lazy husbands. Mine loves to demolish things, and then never gets around to replacing them. Some of my most feared words out of his mouth are, "Just for Now". That phrase covers a time frame from 1 day to 10 years.

I hope you get some help! I feel bad I live so far away and can't lend a hand. Best I can do for you is a prayer or maybe a Sun Dance.

Two ugliest phrases int the English language IMO:
"It'll do for now" and "Family Restaurant."
My husband built this house when he was 19. He his now 51.5. Our room still doesn't have closet doors, trim, window sills... and there are no steps to the 2' high front porch, jut a piece of plywood laying on its side with a carpet remnant stapled on it. (Read: accident waiting to happen!) But it IS fun to watch his drunken hunting buddies fall off the porch trying to get out of here in the dark.

I think I can hear the grass growing on the treaining field as I chug this cup of coffee. Any bets on if there's gas in the lawn Beast? Fat chance.  LOL

My boss, a DJ at the station I work for, did a 15 min. interview with Vic and I Live on the Air  today. I hope it generates some interest in the events this weekend. :-D

Shelley, Any idea what time the BHs will start Saturday? I don't want to miss Julz and Kathy. Thanks! Theresa

We will start the 2 SchH 1 tracks at about 8am Saturday. Location almost directly across the street.
BH/obedience right after that, then protection, lunch, and BH traffic tests.
We will open the field for training after the trial, as is the tradition.
Dinner will be fairly early, at a local restaurant.
Sunday = seminar.
