Hang in there Shelley!  What an adventure!  One thing after another and Angels flocking around you.  Look at the bright side.  At this rate you'll have a brand new vehicle when you get to Modesta!  Hope you get over the crud and start feeling better.  I know you are in a big hurry to get home but be sure you are getting plenty of rest between trips.  Take care of yourself and the rest will take care of itself.  And ignore those that just can't keep their spiteful comments to themselves.  They are just jealous that they don't have the guts to take on an adventure like this nor the spine to do what you have HAD to do.  Keep on truckin' girl!  We're pulling for you.

To a few of you,
You should have the experience of walking in someone Else's shoes sometime.
Don't be quite so judgmental your not perfect either.

This is life, it's supposed to be a struggle.
If it was all easy it would not be worth the effort.
And then where would we be?

Things should be a bit warmer now Shelley, do the windows roll down?   LOL
Here's hoping nothing else falls off.

I am thinking about you and saying a little prayer for your good fortune on this trip.

Who knows why things happen, I certainly don't.  All we can do is our best, make efforts at good planning when we can.

Let's face it, there are times when there are not too many choices, and they all have problems.

At that point, all you can do is be brave and Shelley, you are.

Bravery means that in spite of your fears and terror, you buck it up, and move forward.  Sometimes things blow up.  But, things get solved and fixed and you keep on moving forward,  You move despite your fear, and through your fear.

"I get by with a little help from my friends."  I know because I have been there.

Hopefully, you break on through to the other side and then you are in Modesto.  Maybe there will be sunshine and warmth.

If I didn't have a female due to whelp on Jan 18 scaring me down the road as fast as I can safely go in the van, I'd love to hang around and see some of this beautiful part of the country

Is the prospective mom titled/breed surveyed?

I wish you the best, Shelley.  It's a hard road you're on, and I wish you only the very best.

As for those who, I see, are still looking down their noses at Shelley, and you know who you are, Shelley is no saint, I am no saint, and you are not one, either.  You don't know why Shelley bred her, or what the circumstances are, so just give it a rest.  It's clear you despise her, though why I have no idea.  She's broken away from a bad situation, which takes a lot of courage.  Good for her, and I wish her the best.
