How do you think the owners of the American S/L's must feel when they read posts that diminish/degrade their dogs and, subsequently, mocks their intelligence for buying Am S/L ?

Pretty sure their vet bills for hip displaysia, elbow displaysia, uncontrollable allergies, gastrointestinal issues, spine issues and general temperment issues have already mocked their intelligence long before they got to this database.

The topic was never German SL to start with, it was American SL. Only MM could turn it around into defending something that didn't need defending.  Make a pissing match out of it.

Yes, FHTracker, that was mentioned by me...People who own the gsd from mentioned kennel  spend their last dime in Houston and surrounding communities and have taken the dogs back  with no recourse because they sign a contract..You can walk in any pet store in Houston on Sat morning and you can pick them out without any question these gsd...

There are a certain number of their dogs that are ok but ratio of how many are not outweighs all the good..

The vet bills start the second month the dog is new to the family.. AKC has a room of cabinets and the Better Business probably has a whole filing cabinet filled with records of severe hip dysplasia to blind ness, you name any illness you can think of and it is on record.

He had jersey cows that are gorgeous and they are all over the front of the mansion grounds...I would buy a cow from him any day...I have pictures of the cows and they are nice...He uses them for milk and dairy products for the gsd.

A Show dog can be a working dog , Just because its not playing the "Game" SCH does not mean it does not have a job or cannot bite just as hard as a truly focused DDR dog. Every animal , like every human has a personality, and you me and the tree have no right to judge what other's like or think is "as close to perfection as it gets" .

You posted it   !   whose quote is it ?? You wrote it...      the only quote is       "as close to perfection as it gets"

the rest is from you...   no proof it came from anyone else..If you quoted someone else where are the quotation marks and the name of who said it......

You state.....line 2    Every animal , like every human has a personality , and you me and the tree have no right to judge what other's like or this is....

I disagree .....I have a right to tell anyone what is right to breed and what is no perfection when it is obvously very very wrong...I stand for the right way to breed a gsd to not walk on his legs or his butt..and to be dark in pigmentation and not bred to his sister or his brother and to have a muzzle not a long rifle for a pointing guide.

When I say I will not accept them, I mean I will not, and DO not use dogs who I feel have these types of faults into my own breeding program. It is the best I can do, to produce dogs that are physically and mentally correct.  In only two litters I have produced dogs titled in SchH, AKC Ob/rally/tracking/agility, dogs who have certified for therapy, and multiple dogs with conformation ratings. I have taken my dog from an 8 week old puppy to high V at our SS with damn fine work. I train literally dozens of GSDs regularly from many breeders, all lines, all types, and I see every day how important corrct breeding is for even the family companion. It may not be as much as many but I work hard and I'm damn proud of it. That is what I do, and I am done nailing jello to a tree, which is exactly what trying to have a conversation with you is.
