East Coast PSA - Page 1

anyone here attending or competing in any east coast PSA trials this year?

Not me. But, my Malinois is going for the Gold Dog award @ Bergeron Rodeo Center this year .

YES!! and i cant wait. ive been training hot and heavy and shooting for my pdc and psa1 with my gsd female.

North east detection dogs is hosting a decoy camp being held this coming weekend, april 23-25 in saco , me.  they will also be hosting a trial july 23-25th & the regionals sept 23-25th both in saco, me.

i know theres a trial in maryland in june also.

Yeah- I just started my shepherd and mali for PSA work not long ago. I work my PSA dogs with greg- the assistant director of PSA. I actually just procured my female mali (9months old) from his wife.  

i know i missed the decoy camp. still kicking myself. Il prob go next year hopefully. i need to get certified. The stafford VA trial (rick's) in in 1 1/2 week. and greg's trial is in june in glen burnie. 

So just trying to get a feel for who on here will be participating in the trials. maybe put a real face to some of these names.

not sure if im making it up to Maine since im not competeing any of my dogs til years end or next spring. But who knows.

I really enjoy the type of training we do. the senarios are alot of fun. so real and my dog just thrives on it. no game to her. she gets real angry when someone touches her momma....lol....nice full deep bites. the decoys love her.

i dont expect high points, she's no sports dog but we have alot of fun. im more concerned about my handling skills...lol..
