Someone saw this on Craiglist:

WE'RE HAVING A PUPPY!

We must IMMEDIATELY get rid of our children now, because we just KNOW how time consuming our new little puppy is going to be! Since our puppy will be arriving on Monday, we MUST place the children in new homes this weekend!!!

They are described as:

One male, white, blonde hair, blue eyes. Four years old. Excellent disposition. He doesn't bite. Name is Tommy. Temperament tested. Current on all shots. Tonsils removed already and very healthy condition!

Tommy eats everything, is very clean, house trained and gets along well with others. Does not run with scissors and with a little time and training, he will do well in a new home.

One female, strawberry blonde hair, green eyes. Three years old. Can be surly at times. Non-biter, thumb sucker. Her name is Mary. Temperament tested, but needs a little attitude adjusting occasionally. She is current on all shots, tonsils out, and is very healthy and happy (mostly.) Gets along well with little boys, but does not like to share toys.

She is house trained, and would do best in a one child household.

We really LOVE our children, and want to do what is best for them. I hope you understand, that ours is a UNIQUE situation, and we have a real emergency here! They MUST be placed by Sunday night at the latest.

LOLOLOLOL! Finally, someone with the right priorities! Pretty funny, in a sad way! jackie harris ( they do know they could just crate those kids, don't they?) (maybe they should invest a little time to train those kids to love the puppy?)ROTFLMAO!
No, they'll probably get arrested for cruelty, & then those kids will be sent to the pound.

This is sooooooooooooooooooooo great!  Finest laugh in a long time, and am sharing it to everyone on my list!

Here's some good tips.

1.) Try to expand your advertising International

2).  If not adopted by Sunday,  take them either of 2 places whichever you feel more comfortable with.
A).  A nice big church in the next state (include note that they need a nice family)
B).  A reputable Childcare facility in the next state also, at 4 in the morning, tie them to the fence (note OK here also)

Make sure the future adoptees have no fingerprints on file down at the local station   And of course, prepare to enjoy your new puppy!

I have heard if you feel you have no options, it is better to drive them out to the country and just drop them off. after all they will learn to fend for themselves and at least you can feel better knowing you gave them a fighting chance.

So true this is the best laugh in a long time!

I read somewhere that giving them a bag of breadcrumbs before a game of snipe hunt in the deep woods, was even more humane.

I don't blame them for giving the kids away.

First, they are not titled.

Second, their elbows and hips haven't been X-rayed.
