I am sorry I have upset you, but I did not DEMAND (that is a Maggie word!) anything, only pointed out the fact we can not tell the size of something without something else to reference scale.  I can't change the facts of perspective.  I also say I BELIEVE YOU, but I can also BELIEVE HER. If you can prove it on here, then I think you should! She might take a second look with her trainer to see what happened on her end, because then you have provided incontrovertible proof of the inconsistency. She should want to know how it happened, be it major or minor. Like I said, it could be an honest mistake.

I told you something that hurt you to hear, and hurting you was not my intention. You asked also, why would she stop emailing you? I only put myself in her shoes and tried to think like she might. (I worked many years in retail, just so you know.) I wanted to show that there are other possibilities than she deliberately sold you something other than what you wanted. It just doesn't make sense for a breeder of this seemingly caliber and reputation to want or  need to lie about her dogs. Who needs the headache? This is probably a huge insult to her, (I am half German, I know a little about that.) This isn't like what happened to Tarak at all, is it? You do possess a very nice dog, albeit with final stature undetermined (sure to be within standard by most accounts on here), but also at was hinted at, a very fair price.

Since you have maintained this dog is yours NO MATTER WHAT at this point, and you just might end up with a dog that is taller than you imagined, what exactly is she supposed to do to appease you, since she states  she believes her trainer's number? What if the trainer has bad handwriting, what if they mistakenly wrote  63 instead of 53? If someone thinks they gave the right answer when they are wrong, they still think they are right. I imagine this breeder and trainer has many dogs they are dealing with on any given day. 

So please, you aren't satisfying me, you are proving to her that something was inconsistent, and then what... you want an apology, admission of error, or some money back? What would make this issue go away for you so you can look at your dog and not think of him  as "Dinky"?

Admitting an honest mistake allows for her to keep her dignity, defending an outright lie does not. JMHO

Now if you would answer for me, what do you think her motive was supposed to accomplish by lying to you? Please reply.

I'm not Ibrahim, but I imagine the motive was to move this 10 month old dog Bee.

Post the pics to remove all doubt Ibrahim.

 I don't know why she would do that, I myself am puzzled, I also would like to know, I even wish I was mistaken as I really appreciate her work and dogs, I followed some discussions here on various bloodlines of the show GSD and read all the good things Gustav and Preston said about Mutz. I like Eon and Hill a lot. She was fair on the price, I wouldn't think of a refund or any sort of money compensation. I wanted to know from her why she told me a wrong height because it didn't sound right, then when she ignored me I felt hurt as if I am too small to care for and give a reply or explanation.

I recently sent some pictures and videos as a proof to her of her/ or her trainer’s error but still her response was way less than satisfactory.  I will post those pictures and videos down and then remove them after a few days along with her two e mails I copied and pasted earlier in my post.
What I wanted was only an explanation/ a sort of apology but now I realiize I will not get that from her.
In regards to the pictures I want just to explain this:
with the help of my farmer and to our best ability me and him we took  some pictures to show how Xaro really measures in height just a few days short of 13 months. I used a wooden fold type meter stick, each section consisting of 20 cms. I found to my luck the joint at the third & fourth section of the meter folds at a little less than 59.50 cms. By folding the meter stick thusly, and placing it at his withers, you can see for yourself that he measures less than 60cm.

I want to stresst that my only complaint is regarding the breeder not telling me the true height of Xaro and later ignoring my requests for explanation. Other than that I find the breeder very knowledgeable and has contributed much to the welfare of the breed.

Xaro himself is a healthy & beautiful boy of a lovable character and no matter how less he measures in height he measures much more in my heart and I shall always love and care for him.

I do understand and accept he is not as strong as a working line GSD, but to me he fulfills my simple needs of a dog.

And lastly I have great respect for breeders who produced lovely dogs we enjoy, share their company, depend on for protection, herding, search and rescue, fighting crime and much more. If unknowingly I hurt the feelings of any breeder over here by this post I humbly apologize.
